very nice result.
Do you know what was the weight of your car when you were on the drag?

Thanks

i didnt weight the car. standart gt four is 1440kg should be 50-100kg lighter.
i ll weight the car after i finish restoration.

ya then when your driving and someone cuts you off and you have to near slam on your brakes....

It was a pun..
He doesn't have abs (core muscles)..I would hope all cars don't haha

Anyway, How's the hand brake?? Have you tested it at all?? A friend of mine has one for his subaru but has yet to install it..

st205 have 2 brake lines going rear breaks. so we made an adaptor to convert it to one line to fit the hydrolic hand brake. today i ll get it.

can anyone tell me where can I fine the c-cone bumper beside ebay and not fiberglass? also, does the front reinforcement bar has to be remove or cut smaller to fit the c-cone bumper?( like the GT-4 bumper)

c-one only makes fiberglass bumpers for our cars. yes you have to put a gt four bar to fit the bumper.

Dang, sorry to hear that. Malpaso, you met Tufy, with that 2.2L stroker kit, did you know if he daily driven that car? I have been asking around but couldn't get much information. I know it is rather off the topic, but just curious.

I hope everything goes well for you and I am sure you can even rebuild the engine better than it was before. I want to rebuild mine just so I have a Toyota engine to build, but I need to get another car first.

Hi martin. sorry to hear about this. but this was how i started my engine build. good luck with rebuild.
About my stroker.. you can drive it daily like a stock engine. the matter is what boost you will have with daily drive.

Dont even think about gt35r unless you wanna build a weekend car. that turbo can produce much more power that st205 can handle. you will have many transmisson proplems over 1.5 bar. ''est 500whp''
i am planning to use a smaller a/r exhoust housing and recude the boost. because i am tired of breaking things.

that Jiipee dude was talking about the turbos tte used on the rally cars, not the stock ct20b (aka ct26 gen3) found on the 205's, however i have made around 370 fly hp with a completly stock ct20b

i know what he was talking about.
those turbos will cost more then any turbo if you can find one..

Get yourself an Altezza 3S-GE block, it is much stronger than any other 3S. It is smaller bore than 3S-GTE (85.? mm). Can`t remember for sure but they claim that it is the block that was used in wrc Corolla.
What turbo you are planning to use ? I have seen a Celica dyno print with ct20brb (wrc turbo) and it was quite impressive 480 HP and 730 Nm torque with 2.05 bar boost.

but a stock ct20b turbo cannot reach somewhere near 400bhp.
a 4th gen 3sgte block will do its job well for your goals. and still its a gt-four block wink.gif
even my old 1mm overbored block is working fine. but this is luck. sometimes strongest think on your car breaks kindasad.gif
good luck.

ohh. one more touque maniac like me biggrin.gif
good luck with the build paul. i liked your car very much.
i belive you will reach over 500bhp easly, with some more work you may reach up to 600,
but start to worry about your transmission from now. because i had many many many. proplem with it starting from gear selectors till rear diff.
i can wait to see the car on the road smile.gif
