Any chance you could take a picture and circle what's buzzing?

What code are you getting btw?

Its a code 54

I have check any/every thing i can think of to fix this. I am slowly running out of ideas and online resourses.
If there is a way to fix it without bypassing I'm at a loss.

I have checked the wire from the Intercooler pin from the ecu harness and replaced it from there back to the realy to make sure of a good conection

I have been a member for a while. There is a lot of usefull info here and I enjoy reading everyones ideas amd suggestions.

I have a problem with my ST205
I have been looking online for a while now. I found some ideas for a fix here but with no sucsess. I have found lots of info on Intercooler(IC) problems.
I'll lay out the problem

My relay mounted off the rad is buzzing and sending my car in to limp mode.
I have checked the ic sensor on the top of the ic. It works fine. I bridged the sensor. The relay still buzzes. I have checked the pump and it works fine. I replace the wire from the ecu (int) intercooler pin from the ecu all the way to the relay.
If I ground out that wire the pump will stay on

I have a feeling its a short in the system. I just can't track it down.

There is a lot of info on the net but none of it seems to have this same problem.
There are a few ways to bypass the system but i would rather fix it not bypass. I found a bypass link here

Any help will be great
Thankyou

Are the claims on this listing accurate? I figure if jdm headers were so good I would have seen people on here talking about them already. Please help me out, any input is greatly appreciated.

The problem with that listing is how many bolts is needed for the 3sgte
1st gen 165 is 6 bolt
2nd gen from 90 to early 92 185 is 7 bolt
2nd gen from late 92 to 93 185 is 9 bolt
3rd gem 94 up 205 is a 8 bolt

I have found a possable ebay special header + down pipe for the st205
i plan to order it next week or so and re weld it and get it coated. I'll post it up after to let everyone know how it is.
