I noticed my crank timing gear is missing 1 tooth on the back part, not where the timing belt sits... will that cause any problems for the crank sensor?

When you set the crank at tdc, should the cam shaft pulley be set at the its timing mark also? what i mean is if its in the correct timing setting one pully shoudl set the other?

So im doing my timing belt this weekend and oil pump oring. Any advice on keeping pulleys from moving once the belt is off. And if its not to much trouble could someone describe one more time how to set the timing and keep it set the entire time while the belts off. Thanks

OK so my 5sfe is leaking oil about a quart every oil change. Its coming the behind the timing belt cover. Im pretty sure its not the oil pan cause i checked it when i did the clutch. But i have most of the leak on the back side of the engine and around the timing cover. Ive read that it could be the oil pump seal or crank seal any thoughts? Powersteering is full.

Ok i got my tranny out but could not get the driver side cv axle out. Is there a clip or something? The boot slipped off of it so its just the splined piece in the tranny. Any thoughts?
