Not to make you turn away from your already great idea, but I've also seen the glows you can put in that only light up when your car shakes, aka bass. I don't know if you have a subwoofer or not but it makes the neons all that much hotter. |

It's just basically what the Prelude was, the coupe accord that they've beefed up. It's nice, but i'd take a 2001 Prelude before it. People need to make a decision if they want a sports car or a family car. |

Okay, you know (at least I have) the line seperating where the windshesheild wipers go back and forth and the rest of the windsheild? Well I clean fast and furiousely with windex time and again but I can't seem to get it to go away. I was wondering if anyone recommends other glass cleaners that may take it off, or is there to stay for good as long as you use windshield wipers, as most people tell me? |

Just to bring this back up, did Mike (Quatar11) ever end up making a kit for the conversion? |

Speaking as a ST owner I would definitely rather have spent another couple months and found myself a GT. Unless you really really enjoy working with cars, spending time working on mods like rear drum to disc brake converstion etc. I would look harder for a GT. STs have weaknesses you need to know about: - Drum brakes in the back - Pathetic engine in comparison to the GT - Many parts are not designed for in (Injen Intake, JDM taillights) and involves more work to make these work - I believe GTs are leather while STs are cloth - Moonroof That's all that's coming into my head right now, but, yea, obviously any Celica is sweet but GT is sweeter right off the bat;) |

Yea, as far as I'm aware regardless of the cd changer you have your head-unit still has to be able to play MP3s before you can get a changer that does. To be honest, if your using mp3 CDs you really don't need a changer... |

Yea i've heard stories of cops like ripping them out of cars in Canada. As for the original post, i'd say for the most part the more expensive the better it works. |

FallenHero -- I believe that the amber bulbs which come with them are. But nobody cares, not even cops. Edit: Knock on wood. |

You shouldn't need more rubber hose for anything, but yea pep boys or auto zone sounds like the right place. I hooked mine up with the headlight breaker which is on the right side of the engine bay, and you can put the negative wires pretty much anywhere in the bay obviously, I just loosened a bolt on the battery and stuck them on there. Edit: This is in my opinion the easiest way, but you can if you want hook them up to pretty much any other electrical wire, but headlights are the easiest seeing as if they're on thats probably when you want the led's on. This is a 10-15 minute job if you just want them temporarily, but if your afraid of getting a ticket you'll probably want to wire a switch through the firewall of your car. Get a knowledgable friend to help you with that it will take a while. |

I'm pretty interested but I got some questions I figure you as an expert can answer;) : - I just replaced my front rotors with stocks, but my backs are starting to go. Is it going to be wierd with slotted/drilled rotors just in the back? - Is the price with shipping or without (was a little confused with all the response posts). - How much is the paint going to cost me would you say. - Any real advantages between drilled and slotted? |

Right here on 6gc.net there's a good article on drum to disc conversion. http://www.6gc.net/index.php/action/how-to..._article/itu/15 celica.net like winged said is probably a good idea too but check the article out as well, I thought it was well done. |

http://www.romaniatoyotaparts.com/avxlautdimmi.html that's what your talking about, right? mad expensive there, I'd check EBay. The problem is I believe it requires wiring to work, not positive. |
