Constant clicking once I am going down the road and have already shifted. I posted about my 2002 because I dunno where to find 2002 forums. I figured that they weren't that much different. |

Okay hopefully someone can help me out. I have a 2002 Toyota Celica. It has a 5 speed manual transmission. I brought it to a mechanic and had some stuff checked. They told me that they could hear a clicking noise coming from the transmission and they said that they would schedule me for an appointment to change the oil in it. I'm putting MT 90 for the oil. I guess this is the best for this type of transmission. Today I was coming back from work and I could hear clicking coming from under the dash area. It dont do it in first or second. But when I shift to third, fourth and fifth it makes the noise. I need to know if this has happened to anyone else and what is the cause. Is it a bearing? Clutch? Or is it about to **** the bed? |
