This car has been my baby for the last 3 years. I am the second owner of it, I had high hopes for it until my brother backed into it. The drivers side door wont open because the metal has been bent inward. The frame is still straight and it still drives great but the only catch is, you have to climb in through the passenger side. I have almost 30 pics of the damage and interior. The car has 4 new all season tires mounted on the stock dummy rims. Has an intake, and header into 2.5 inch full exhaust. The first owner was a older french lady who took meticulous care for this car. It has never let me down, I used to drive it 250 miles to and from school for breaks and whatnot. The car only has 127,000ish miles on it. New battery, 5% tint all around, interior LEDs. If you have any questions and would like to see more pictures please email me at jacob.nason@maine.edu

What would shipping be to 45714, South East Ohio??!!

FedEx.com is saying around $150 from 04364 to 45714. I may have to go into the actual fedex location and talk to them. Let me know, I am more than willing to do that for you

Tires are brand new, honestly never burnt out with them on. Bought them brand new summer 2010 and they were taken off for ~7 months for winter here in northern maine. So needless to say the tires are essentially brand new. the rims can be seen in my profile or you can google motegi ff7. They are gunmetal grey with a chrome lip. The chrome lip isn't perfect but stilll looks great. Only a couple of minor spots on the lip where it looks like the clear coating is peeling. Only noticeable if picky. Looking for around $500 for the whole set. I will ship all four rims and tires mounted and balanced with chrome valve stems and locking lugs with 2 different types of keys to go with it as well. The offset is 42mm and spacing is 5x100 and 5x114

Stock IS +35. Offset will play big in how flush you want it, not width.

If stock is +35 and width doesn't have an effect, then why are my stock steelies a LOT less flush than my +42s? Clearly width plays an important part. if width doesn't matter then where does all the extra width go? in backspacing? clearly not so therefore width does matter. +35 on a 4 inch rim and +35 on a 10 inch rim will be completely different fitting (flushwise).

EDIT that should have quoted block not babi_boi sorry

I posted a picture on the first page of this thread of some volks wheels. If you copy and past the link I am about to post, It should take you to the page the volk wheels are on. The wheels are 17 x 9. How close will the wheel be to flush. or even hellaflush. Does anybody think these wheels will work good. Or will they just plain be to wide. please let me know. Sorry for the lack of knowledge on my part.

This is a link with diagrams to help understand offset a little better. With an offset (sometimes referred to as ET) of 40mm it really wont be flush. Being so wide, it will be more flush than a rim at 7.5 inches wide at 40mm offset. I'm still struggling to fully understand offset but I think I've got the basics.

+35 wont even be close to being flush. You'd still need at least +25 spacers in the rear for flush. Front's will need +10 spacers for flush. I have 17x8 +35 and they weren't even close to flush. Even the 15mm Ichiba spacers I had in the rear didn't make it quite flush. BTW, not to be an ass but starting with +42 will be an even worse start.

+35 would be better than stock. rim width also plays a part in it as well. +35 is perfect for me as i spend most of my time in northern maine where the roads are junk and hellaflush would turn into hella expensive when every pothole would eat rims and tires. I suppose everyone else has a different opinion though, clearly. Bonzaicelica has the same motegi ff7's and better camera angles which show the fitment. But like I said, everyone has a different opinion.

just found these ones, they're at a good price and they have a nice deep dish and the offset is +35 which will bring it somewhat flush. I'm selling my old rims to buy these ones actually. If your interested in my 17x7.5 motegi FF7 rims look them up and let me know.

I looked up the rims on google and in your profile pictures. They do look pretty nice. Also in your pictures your wheels look pretty close to being flush. Are you running any spacers or is it all just the wheels? What is the offset on the wheels you have? How much would you want for the set you have? As I have stated before, I am not actually going to be purchasing the wheels for at least a couple months. I still want to keep looking and see what other option I can find. But thanks for the info and the comments.

Ya they are somewhat flush but not hellaflush stance by any means. They are +42mm offset and I do not run any spacers. I am selling just the rims though, the tires wont come with it because the new rims im getting will be the same size and width. The chrome lip isn't perfect as they have a couple of spots here and there that don't look 100%. You will really only notice them if your picky like me. If interested I can send some close up pics whenever your looking to buy rims.

Neither, as long as the bolt pattern is 5x100 you can go bigger than 16. I'v got 17s and could easily run 18s. For the flush look, go for a rim with an offset around +25mm. This will allow the rim to become closer to flush, and can pull off the deep dish lip. I love the look of bronze rims on a white celica, chrome don't get you home.

I'm 19 and new to the forums. I've had my car for ~3 years now andI want to get some more power out of the ol 1.8 but all the chips I've found seem to be no-name cheapos. Anyone have any chips they've used and had good luck with, or any other recommendations for getting any more power out of it? And also what are the prices roughly? I've got a 94 st 1.8, has headers and full exhaust 2.5 inch and an intake. Thanks for any help!
