oh so then you yourself haven't actually fit the avalon caliper and bracket onto the 94-99 celica gt knuckle?

as i see by your pics its not fitted onto a 6gc

but i understand your logic. if the twin piston avalon fit onto gt brake brake why wouldn't it bolt onto the knuckle. while it will bolt onto the caliper if should fit logically speaking. maybe the offset is different but i doubt it. since pads are the same. i don't see why they wouldn't fit!

your just jelly njcmd2002 if these fit and they are bigger than the mr2/ss3 calipers

Correct, I don't own a Celica, so I cannot confirm but I'm pretty sure it'll work.

There's nothing to be jelly about, I don't care if I was the 1st, 3rd or last person to figure this out...I shared it. Fact is, if njcmd2002 didn't start this post I would have been less likely to continue my search and experimenting. There are many "lurkers" on forums who have a lot of information but never share it.

I can confirm that the Avalon Twin Pot Caliper fits onto the Celica GT Bracket and GT Pads. I've spend numerous hours researching, test fitting and so on.

This was for my Rav4 project I've been working on. Thus there are some differences...obviously its a Rav4 steering knuckle as well as an LS430 rotor.

I'm selling a Brand New Front Pair of Hawk HPS Brake Pads for 94-99 Celica GT.
The pads were bought and test fitted to help me design a new brake setup on my Rav4 GT-T project.
I ended up using MR2 Turbo pads since these were too thick for my setup.

Price: $45 shipped

Those calipers are from a 4th Generation MCV30 Lexus ES300 02-03 & ES330 04-06.
They are not the same calipers I'm referring to.

the es300 does not work, the offset of the caliper is wrong.

Which ES300?
What offset? bracket offset? rotor offset? hub offset?

I'm only referring to the 94-96 ES300.

WHY DID YOU PUT AVALON (SS-III)(I only say this not to confuse new members) when an avalon is not a celica?? is that all avalons or which specific models??

do you have pictures of it mounted on the car with stock 275mm gt brake rotors

I've made the appropriate changes to make it clearer.

I have pics but this is for a different Toyota vehicle and I think you'd agree, I shouldn't confuse anyone. I can only confirm they'll fit on the Celica GT Brake Bracket. This would indicate they fit the stock 275mm GT Brake Rotor. The Avalon/Camry/ES300 rotor is 275mm and 28mm thick with a 49mm offset height. They are of a different lug pattern, 5x114 vs the Celica's 5x100.

Just look for yourself...here are the Avalon/Camry/ES300 rotor:

Vs the Celica GT rotor:

I'm pretty we can use 1st gen (94-97) Avalon Twin pot calipers.
http://rav4gtt.files.wordpress.com/2012/08...ontcaliper.jpeg

I can confirm this fits on these 1st Gen (94-97) Avalon or w/ABS Twin Pot Calipers, do in fact fit Celica GT Brake Bracket perfectly!!

From the info I've gathered, these calipers came on the following cars:
95 - 97 Toyota Avalon w/ABS
94 - 96 Toyota Camry V6 w/ABS
94 - 96 Lexus ES300

Caliper specs:
Piston Diameter: 43.5mm
Piston Count: 2
Total Piston Area: 2902.93mm2 (29.0293cm2)
