First shot with my new rig. Vry bad editing though.

A quick adjustment layer of +2 Hue, +48 Saturation and blending mode set to Saturation in PS 7 made them look prettier for me. biggrin.gif

EDIT: What's your gear?

Not being rude, but if you're such a fast learner, you should've learned by now if the cars in this website look the same or more modern than yours. Just sayin'. But yeah, a '90 is a 5th gen. smile.gif

If anyone is willing to let them go for a fart and a kiss, PM your Paypal and I'll pay you. I'm going to use them USDM tails for a little. smile.gif

If you're gonna let them go for cheap, I'll buy them!

The virgin tails I mean.

I know you are trying to get rid of the car and you lack the time and energy to piece it out, when you lose the patience and start parting it out, you'll make more money than just selling it whole, kid. smile.gif

i've just bought an Apexi PFC unit that is designed for SW20 MR2 and would like to use it on my ST205

the commander mentions

3SGTE3
PFC Ver3.2
Commander Ver 8.x

engine starts but dies after a sec or 2....

i've chosen "ETC"-->"All Data Init"-->"yes". also disabled the Boost control kit and the prob persists....any idea why?

The MR2 is wired a bit different than the Celica. I have no experience with an ST205 but my engine came out of a JDM MR2, and that's a totally different car versus the ST205. Don't think that just because they're both 3S-GTE, you can get away with plug-and-play ease. It might work for some people, but not all market cars are wired exactly so it might work for a few members here and not for you. If it shuts down, there is a problem. Check the wiring to make sure that each pin from the ECU harness is going in the right pin location of the PFC harness. The fueling map for an MR2 is going to be different, but I don't think it should prevent your engine from running continuously. Heck, our engines can run with a 4G63 base map...and that engine is WAY different than ours.

I used the shift linkage from a AWD trans.

and swapping a LSD into a trans, is not a huge deal with the proper tools, but I still stand by my point.

the cost of a non LSD trans + cost of LSD + hours of work in install it is not cost efective, unless you manage to score both for a GREAT deal.

non LSD trans low mileage goes for around 350, and LSD diff goes for at least 350 as well, thats 700, you can find LSD trans for around 500 if you look hard enough.

I think the only human being in the world I know that scores ridiculously good online deals is you. The cheapest I found a TRD LSD for the E153 was $585 on eBay and I had to have a genuine TRD part, lol. Better than the $1200 for the Quaife I was mentally preparing myself to spend, lol. I don't know how you've scored so many of your goodies, mano. Unless someone spends the entire day from forum to forum or is extremely patient for a deal, I don't think anyone could top you. laugh.gif

Am I gonna be fine with this bracket?

Even though this is for MR2s, do you guys see any problem with it on the Celica? I'm going to use the stock JDM MR2 Turbo alternator.

Still got that replica bumper? Shipping would be the hardest for you because it's a big box. But if you're willing to take your time (when you have the time) and wrap it safely and send it my way to Puerto Rico, we can deal. That's cool with me. I'd rather paint this than repaint my crappily-painted ST205 bumper cover.

Nobody wants to buy USDM tails. I'm swimming against the current like a crazy salmon and I'm offering you $25 shipped, which is measly. Yeah. I know. It's either that or just throw them away or hang them on your wall. I threw mine away and I sold my JDM ones on here for $120 shipped. wink.gif Hey, you don't want to let them go? Fine. Watch me cry. biggrin.gif

how much for gt4 brakes?

I don't know how much to ask. I'll look around eBay and see how much they sell for and then I'll go from there. smile.gif Is that cool with you or did you have a number in your mind already?

Still got your front end, bro. biggrin.gif I'm not quitting. Just selling them so I can use the money for something else while I'm distracted on more important things. I'm building another engine but all-out this time and this GEN3 block will not hold the power, lol.

The UEGO is brand new. Just took it outside the box. Never used. The clutch is for the E153 transmission.

Hello, I don't have time for the Celica and it's damaging me psychologically just seeing it in the garage, so it's going into storage and the project is cancelled. I'm selling the engine, tranny, turbo parts, etc. But heavy things are not worth shipping so I'll just list the not so heavy things. Price includes shipping.

*Wideband AEM UEGO (brand new) - $190 - SOLD
*Prosport Premium white/amber boost gauge (brand new) - $70 - SOLD
*Prosport Premium white/amber oil pressure gauge (brand new) - $70 - SOLD
*ACT Xtreme 4 puck race disk with ACT HD PP (TM1-HDR4) (brand new) - $440
*Aeromotive 1:1 FPR - PENDING SALE
*Injector Dynamics ID1000 (brand new) - $420 - SOLD
*MSD ignition for Eclipse/Neon (brand new) - $100
*NGR Type-S BOV (GReddy Type-S genuino con upgraded internals para reliability) (brand new) - $100 - SOLD
*Wideband Innovate LC-1 with blue digital gauge ($80) - SOLD
*Wastegate de 35mm Tial
*Master Power T61 turbo (anti-surge compressor/T3 .63 exhaust v-band flange) (brand new) - $570 - PENDING SALE
*GT-4 front calipers and rotors

I'm in no hurry to sell but am willing to let them go at competitive prices. Just talk to me before getting immature. biggrin.gif

Thanks for the insight, guys. I am limiting myself to spend $400 max per tire so I can play around with different brands and sizes. I don't care for the low profile look. If the tires look too tall, so be it. People think the car is a Supra anyway. They won't have time to look at the tall tires, haha. Plus the road craters here are unreal. I'll check out fine, hehe.
