does anyone know where i can buy these lights or doesn anyone have them for sale, please let me know asap

i have a 99 gt...i dont know much about performance mods, so can someone give me some advice on how to obtain a turbo charger or what pieces i should buy?

i have a 99 celica and i was wonder if anyone knew of any tuning shops in columbus ohio or know and online shops that have things like turbochargers, manifolds, and such...thanks

i'm very new to the car performance scene and i was wondering what else i can do to my car to make it run more efficiently. what other mods can i put on my car to make it faster, more gas efficient, and look and sound better. i have the cold air intake and exhaust...i'm just dont know much about the inside of the car to know what else to do. any suggestions would help. thanks

i was just wondering if anyone ever put on one of those chips that supposedly add 20+ horsepower that are CHEAPly sold on ebay. i see they just attach to a sensor, but i was wondering if anyone could tell me if it was a worthwhile purchase or some stupid piece. thanks

what about an exhaust system, what should i do with that?

typically how much would that run me?

i was looking into gettin a short ram air intake with a cold air extension for my 99 and i wasn't sure if that was the best way to go or what kind i should get. i was advised to get an injen, but i know little about all this stuff and i'm still learning. let me know what i can do, any advice is much appreciated.
