There was a 98 ST205 that went to auction from a drug dealer bust in OK. I was going to bid on it, but I know one of you guys beat me to it and ran that price high frown.gif

https://appletowing.hibid.com/catalog/16084...nding-4-1-2019/

It's at $12.1k right now. Bastards.

Have a OEM waterpump I bought for my celica brand new when I still worked at Toyota, I have no use for it as I sold my celica when it started having electrical problems. For sale BO, don't remember what I paid for it.

Spring time bump. Car is still available if anyone is interested.

Still for sale? I would just need to sell my 2010 xD and I'd have the money for it.

Why I'm selling it:
I have owned this car for the past 15 years and the time has come to finally sell it and get something that is a little bigger and more practical as a daily driver.

The basics:
The car is a 98 GT with 165k on the clock. It is daily driven and 100% mechanically sound. It has a 2nd gen 3sgte swap which was completed in 2004. It also has a Megasquirt DIYPNP standalone ecu which has been running for the past 3 years. Paint is in good shape, but body has a few small dents from being a daily driver. And yes, the AC works and is ice cold.

This would make a great starting point for someones project car. With the standalone ecu, it would just need a set of injectors and a bigger turbo to take it to the next level of performance.

$6,000

Yeah like everything is wet underneath and I'm not sure where its from cause the car wasn't jacked up very high and it was pretty cold. I might pay to have it inspected down at toyota.

So I found a 94 gt 5spd on craigslist in my area, and went to look at it, sounded good ran good, shifter was kinda wonky but he said the clutch was done recently and it seems to catch fine no slippage. I went down underneath and noticed some leaking which is in the video I posted. He said he did the P/S Rack and it also makes some pretty bad noise when the car is still cold.

Anyways heres the video I'll post the others as well once I upload them.

Give me a minute its processing kindasad.gif

If you remember from my last thread and the fact I sold the car, I am still trying to solve the tail light problem for the people I sold the car too. Well come to find out, if you move wiggle the wires under the steering column the tails come on and off, and same with the headlights which currently arent working as well. Anyone know what would cause this or able to get a picture of what I should be messing with to fix.

It's too bad you couldn't have kept the Celica but the FRS should be a fun car. You're still going to the CSP meet!

Of course Richee, I'm going to get a 94 Celica GT4 from canda from 5 years form now!

So I sold the 99 celica and man was it sad to see it go.

Thankfully I picked up this yesterday to help cheer me up!

Well, after the car was fixed it was still working just fine then one day it just stopped. I did take off the interior panel and looked at the harness and ground in the quarter and it looked fine to me. I guess I'll go back out and take a 2nd look, but I didn't see any issues.

Update, still haven't figured it out, I've checked the ground near the D/S quarter panel and the ground near the truck latch and they are both in good order. With the harness switched out I'm at a loss on figuring out what is wrong.

I don't think the 2k was that bad with how much they want for shipping.

Sorry,. I offered 2k including shipping,. that was an important reason for getting turned down.

Yeah that's a little bit much of a lowball
