If you search around the forum there is a ton of info on this subject. However ebay is a viable place to buy an engine, as well as jarcoinc.com. Keep in mind doing an engine swap is not a poor man game. Do you plan to complete the swap yourself?

Yeah I currently work at the Tampa Hub for UPS, bro I can tell you this. I make 11.50 i've been there for about two years. Ok heres how it works, the pay is good but since you are part time, I work about 15-20 hrs a week so its decent and I got to college school it works our fairly well. You can pretty much forget about a driving posistion for awhile with the economy being the way it is, but if you can withstand the wait thats where the money lies. UPS really shines with its benefits. Health, Dental, and Vision are all free with a $10 co-pay for doctor visits. Package Handlers is UPS's way of saying your going to be loading trucks for 3hrs bending over a 1000 times a night lol, Ive done it, avoid IT! if you get in request to be in small sort, or clerk some type of gravy posistion. If you have any questions let me know!

QUOTE(Hanyo @ Apr 8, 2008 - 7:46 PM)

yes you can mix and match springs as long as your not pushing your car the limits on a track you wont notices the difference.

if you notice bouncyness from the front of your car, its not from the springs; it is from yoru shocks. they are not stiff enough to match the springs.

yeah obviously this setup wouldnt apply to everyone, but since i cant seem to sell my coils i would rather use them than throw them away.

I agree. I cant speak from expirence on coils such as TienSS, but i would imagine that paying that type of money for coils would provide a much smoother ride than sleeve coils.

Hey i got an idea that i want to throw out there. I have a set of coilovers that i havent been able to sell. One of the problems with the coils is that i didnt like the mad bouncing that was produced in the front of the vechile, but i love the drop and the agressive stance it gave the celica. So heres my proposal, i know the ride height is diffrent in the back of the car than in the front, So what if you combine tein lowering springs up front with adjustable coils in the back? Benefit, Stiffness of spring ride with 50% adjustability? i dont know if other people had problems with the coilovers, but i know when they were on my car i felt most of the bouncing came from the front of car? So its just an idea, tell me what you think?
