They plug in to your existing relay plug and they are rated for 0.02 - 10A so they blink at a normal rate when using LED bulbs. They are about $25 NZD or $18 USD. |

Sorry I am not a celica owner. I am a Honda owner (I hope that is not a swear word here) I knew about this post the day it was put up.
