bought this front clip for 1800 plus 500 shipping and never got around to this project. I was working 2 jobs (1 full time) and going to school so i didn't have much time. Now in September I am leaving to go into the army and will be gone for 4 years. My plan was to swap it into my celica. It has been sitting in my garage for about a year now. So my loss is your gain. I have started pulling some pieces off as you can see in the pics but not to worry, everything you see is included in this auction. If you are planning to do a swap into a celica, you need to get the front clip rather than just the engine. It will save you a huge headache trying to find parts.

The front clip comes with everything from the windshield up, including turbo (looks like its in great shape),top mount intercooler, and even the driveshaft. This engine makes 225hp at the fly at stock boost. If you are looking at this you probably know how great the 3sgte is, so I don't have to tell you. Unfortunatley the person i bought the car from did not include the odometer, but they had a picture that was clocked at about 75k Kilometers. The oil pan was damaged in shipping but I have since bought another to replace the damaged one which will be included in the sale (shown in the picutre).

Buyer is in charge of all the shipping arrangements or picking it up. I prefer a pickup but if you can arrange shipping where they will pick it up from my house and deliver it to you, go for it. The sale is final and there is no warranty or guarantee.

i have a red 95 and i painted mine gunmetal... they turned out really nice.
I just did a layer of dark primer, several layers of paint...then a ****ton of clear coat. They are holding up nicely too.

lol yeah i know i dont have time to do anything...so its gonna take a while. Hopefully over christmas break i will be able to knock out a good chunck. And dont be sorry about the 5sfe...it was overdue. The thing had a bad oil leak now for over 15000 miles and it was running really low on oil the whole way. I was just happy when it died i was close enough to my house to actually roll right into my driveway

Well i was planning on waiting till i had more time but my 5sfe spun a bearing yesterday so now its time to do the swap The st185 clip has been sitting there for about a month now waiting to be swapped but given that i work about 50-60 hrs a week and also am full time at school, nothing has gotten done. The plan is to take my time. I have another car to drive so its not a big deal. I will post pics if you want... '

If anyone would want to come down and help out during the swap let me know. I would love any help that is offered. Im thinking about just sending the wiring harnesses out...that would probably be better than trying to figure it out.

well that would suck to get it towed that far... I wouldnt mind driving but if i have the swap done then i cant exactly drive it. hmm anyone know of anything closer?

Im going to be starting a st185 swap into my 95 gt around dec 15 or so... im confident that i can swap it with little to no problems but i am not confident in my wiring skills. Would anyone be willing to drop by sometime and help out?
