After some resaerch this is what I have already found:

1 - INT from ECU -> what does this do?
2 - MTT -> intercooler pump
3 - Fuel Pump Resistor
4 - Ground
5 - Fan Relay
6 - Diagnosis
7 - Airco ?
8 - Unknown
9 - Not used on JDM ST202 and ST205, blue wire on Euro GT
10 - Unknown
11 - M+ -> intercooler pump
12 - M- -> intercooler pump
13 - Fuel pump resistor
14 - EFI Relay
15 - Dash connection ?

Most important for me are the intercooler signals, the engine runs, only need to connect the intercooler pump.

I am looking for a pinout for the EA 1 connector (the big connector in the main fuse box) from the JDM ST205 or from the JDM ST202.

This is because I am doing an engine swap, 3s-gte into an european celica GT.

I have the ST205 engine harness, but not the car harness. The engine runs with the two connectos connected, but for connecting the intercooler pump it would be nice to know which cables to use.

These are the color markings on the wires, ST205 engine harness connector above, and ST202 main car haness bottom.

Thanks, now at least I know what to look for. The book you have is it the haynes manual, or is it something else? Iwant to order the haynes manual, but your book looks interesting as well.

I found the relay box, but it doesn't seem to have any internal connections, only for the two fuses (radiator fan I think):

And a picture of the pump:

Also I have to make a bracket to mount the pump. Anybody got a picture of a pump mount?

Hi,

I'm currently working on a st205 engine into a st202 (celica GT, european spec) swap. I bought the car with the 3sgte engine already in, but not connected (unfinished project). It is a jdm (RHD) engine in a LHD car, so the previous owner extended the engine wiring loom to enter the vehicle on the right side, but didn't connect anything yet.

Now the problem is there seems to be no connection on the wiring loom to power the intercooler water pump and also no connection for the water level sensor on top of the intercooler.

Is this something that should be in the car's wiring loom? Or has it maybe been removed because he was planning to run a FMIC?

It looks like I will have to make a custom connector for the water pump. Is it ok to run the water pump all the time, or is there some sort of ecu or temperature control for it?

Does anybody maybe know the color coding on the water pump wires? It has a 5 pin connector, 3 small pins and 2 larger pins.
