Sorry, maybe I should have put it higher in the write up since there was so much, but if anyone is interested in parts, please just PM me about it so this topic can be about the car only. I will be selling whatever is left once I have found a buyer for the car. But to yyet, I am sending you a PM right now |

I'm trying this again because it did not work out with the original buyer, if you need to know why, PM and I can fill you in. Here are some details and pictures. First of all, the car has a damaged rear passenger side quarter panel and will need to be repaired before regular driving because it scrapes on the rear tire when you hit bumps. It will also need a rear wheel alignment to straighten up the rear tires. Now that the nasty stuff is out of the way, it is a 1994 Celica ST with 176,352 miles. I have owned it for about 7 years (bought it with about 98,000 miles). Before it went down, it ran great. The A/C and heater both worked great. Tires have less than 6,000 miles. I have an aftermarket radio with speakers, amp, sub, etc. that can go with or without (factory radio reinstalled) depending on what buyer wants. It hasn't been run on the street regularly in about 3 months. White smoke comes out when you initially start it up and also a little bit when you rev it up. This should go away once it is run more often, it never smoked until I let it sit without being driven regularly. I start it up regularly to make sure that everything still runs fine. A little more info about the bad news. I was t-boned by a Ford Explorer with no insurance, so the rear quarter panel on the passenger side is damaged. The entire car was repainted in Feb 2003, so the paint on the rest of the car is in excellent shape. Other mods include: Curren tails, Eibach Sportlines, front tower brace, Custom CAI (with K&N filter), Enkei Shogun wheels (17"x7"), Yokohama Avid H4 tires. I AM ASKING $1000. CAR IS BEING SOLD AS IS. I can tell you the life story of the car if you are interested, but this post is long enough already. I can work out a package deal with however much or little you are looking for. I am located just outside Houston, TX. I am willing to travel within reason to meet someone with the car. Additional parts that can be sold with the car: Lotek 3 gauge A-pillar (brand new, never installed) OEM rear extensions (brand new, never installed) Slightly damaged carbon fiber cooling panel Center console arm rest pad Spare center trim piece (that goes around radio and A/C controls) 4 stock 14" wheels and tires TO ANYONE INTERESTED IN PARTS, I will sell all the remaining parts separately once I find a buyer for the car. If you would like to PM me about any parts, feel free, but please do not put it in this post, thank you! ![]() ![]() and the bad one |

I wasn't expecting to sell everything with the car, but I'd rather see what comes of the situation to start with. I currently have a few interested buyers, so I should know more info about the spare parts in the next couple days. I'll send out PMs to everyone after this. Thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding. I want everyone to know that I haven't forgotten about them and should be getting some news out soon. |

I probably would be able to make some money parting it out, but I don't really have time or the space for that, plus I think it would be a little too painful to see the car go away that way. |

I said this in all the PMs i sent, but just to let everyone know, I am trying to sell as many of the parts with the car, so I am going to hold off selling any parts until after I find a buyer for the whole car. Feel free to post on here or PM if you are interested in any parts and I will add you to my list. I will get pics out to anyone interested once I know more info. Thanks again to everyone for the interest. |

the bad one is the last picture of just the rear passenger tire, there's a nice dent above the wheel well Sorry Valo666, I accidentally put OEM side extensions, I meant REAR extensions, the pieces that wrap around the bottom just behind the rear wheels for the coupe. Im going to see if there is interest in the car and parts together first, but if there isn't then I'll sell the parts individually or together depending on interest. So to Akimbo, I'll put you down as interested in those parts, but it might take just a little while before I get to you about them if that is alright. |

Well I haven't been on the site for quite some time because I wrecked my car a few months back and I think I'm going to have to sell it now. It is a 1994 Celica ST with 176,352 miles. I think this will go away once it is run more often. Also, before the accident, there was a small oil leak coming from somewhere, but I am not sure. It would typically be about a quart low every 3000 miles, but it was definitely a leak and not burning oil. And now for the bad news. I was t-boned by a Ford Explorer with no insurance, so the rear quarter panel on the passenger side is damaged. The entire car was repainted in Feb 2003, so the paint on the rest of the car is in excellent shape. Other mods include: Curren tails, Eibach Sportlines, front tower brace, Custom CAI (with K&N filter), Enkei Shogun wheels (17"x7"), Yokohama Avid H4 tires CAR IS BEING SOLD AS IS. I can tell you the life story of the car if you are interested, but this post is long enough already. ALL REASONABLE OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED. I can work out a package deal with however much or little you are looking for. I am located just outside Houston, TX. I am willing to travel within reason to meet someone with the car. Additional parts to be sold with (preferably) or without the car: Lotek 3 gauge A-pillar (brand new, never installed) OEM rear extensions (brand new, never installed) Slightly damaged carbon fiber cooling panel Center console arm rest pad Autometer Phantom 2 1/16" Electric Oil Pressure gauge (brand new, never installed) Autometer Phantom 2 1/16" Electric Voltmeter gauge (brand new, never installed) Autometer 3 gauge panel (for 2 1/16" gauges) (brand new, never installed) Spare center trim piece (that goes around radio and A/C controls) 4 stock 14" wheels I can get pictures of everything if needed. I would love to sell everything together as one giant package. Once I find a buyer for the car, then I will sell off the rest of the parts. Everything is sold AS IS, please feel free to contact me with any interest or questions. ![]() ![]() and the bad one |

The SAE really cracked down on auto manufactured recently with the new measurements. The scary thing is that the new Z06 adheres to the new standards so the claimed output of 505 hp is very close, if not lower to its actual output, which is a scary thing. |

I was just wondering who out there thought they would have a featured ride one day. I have some good, big plans for my car, but who knows if they will ever become reality, I guess it depends on how long I am single... Anyways I was just seeing if anybody thought their Celica was worthy of the honor. |

I bought mine off Ebay a while back. They surface on there from time to time still. If you want I can go try and find the sellers name that I bought them from, he was really good, maybe he could get another set. |

I saw it go from 2.75 when I went to work at 7:30 to 3.31 when I came home for lunch at 11:30. Now that's just wrong. The highest price I've seen around here was the closer you got to the refineries, explain that one to me... |

So it looks like Hurricane Rita is headed right for me and my parents and I were planning out some stuff and they brought up the cars. So since they owe money of their cars and mine is 11 years old, the Celica will get left out to fend for itself in the storm. I know the storm is still out by Florida and like 4 days out so it could go anywhere, but I still don't like it. This could be bad... |

I'll second the custom option. Just go with 2 1/4" from the cat back with your choice of muffler and you should be happy. |

well one time I tried to take off out of 5th, but I blew my clutch. That trip home and to the shop, it probably took me a good part of a minute to get to 60, no lie. It was a long trip... |

With my 17"s I chose to go for the 215-40 size. With this in mind, I originally had Yokohama Paradas and they were great, really great for handling but the tread life was terrible. I autocrossed in them and they worked great, but I didn't even get a year out of them. If you don't race all that much and want a good all around wet/dry tire, get some Yokohama Avid H4s. I'm on my second set now and still love them. If you rotate them regularly, you'll get great life out of them and pretty decent traction when needed. I'll use these until I switch to a different size wheel when my car is finally not a daily driver. |
