Very Nice build thus far. I love the way you made the frame and attached the lights. IMO better than the original safari car.

The cruise control actuator was located on the RHS (passenger and the wiring was then run all the way to the left and inside driver side fender into the car. I have the leftover actuator and some wiring and cables if you need those. I sold my 96 Celica and some parts are left over. I also have the rear disc conversion kit (most of it). PM me if you need these parts. I dont have the car anymore.

QUESTION: How are you supporting the foglights frame on the inside? Are you running flat metal to support the front bumper? Otherwise the vibration may break the plastic Just a thought.

OK folks: I got only one item left and that is full drum to disc conversion for you all with ST. It comes with two conversion assembly, two calipers and all the nuts bolts etc minus the rotors. The long handbrake cables and brake lines are also included. Asking $250 for everything plus $30 shipping. It is packed and ready to go. I live in Tulsa (center of the country) and the shipping I quoted is half of what USPS is charging me. I don't need these parts so if anyone of you are interested. If you live within driving distance, I can meet half way. I paid $300 but never installed these. I will work with you on the price. I have pictures and I can email those to you.

Thanks

Make me an offer on the brake conversion. Also I never figured out to post pictures so please PM me your email and I can send pictures of the parts I have to you so you can see for yourself and make me an offer.

Celica Radio Sold, both sides door buttons sold; Steering wheel sold.

Brake conversion and few other small things left.

I was going to replace my car seat before I sold it. $50.00 shipped to lower 48s. it will cost me about 20 to ship it if not more. Pictures available upon request.

Thanks again.

Mud Flaps........SOLD...............
Thank You

NO One is interested in OEM Radio with MP3 Interface? Keeping the stock look!

I Paid $60.00 from eBay just for the MP3 and $100 for the radio. i am asking 110 shipped to lower 48. The MP3 interface has both the USB port, a stereo jack and SD card. It is designed for this Radio. So you can plug in your phone or mp3 player or use USB port to transfer the songs through the radio.
Let me know.
Thanks

I have not posted pictures in a while. Photo bucket is out so what is the new procedure.

nj; The car has very low miles and it still smells new. Its a convertible and 6 speed manual transmission. I was actually looking for Honda S2000. And the funny part is the day I bought this one, there is one low miles 2007 for around 13K at the local dealer here in Tulsa.

block: Mine is 2006, 2007 and 2008 are the best models in 350 class. I liked the car so far. Only driven it 107 miles that includes driving it home. Just going over the manual and looking at the my350z forums for dos and don't s. On mod I will do is the front vertical reflectors will be replaced by DRLs with turn signals and the Radio. The Bose units is finicky.

Box: I looked at various ones and picked on up which I will order next week. I am finishing up my Frontier project. installing new speakers in my truck. the space is not there but I will figured it out.

Cheela: You gave me some tips on the exhaust manifold which I followed and i think there were some other questions you answered. thank you.

Catch can: is this where you add a bottle to the PCV side to catch the oil from re-entering the engine?

This one the CD changer is not working with barely any use . it does not read the CD and tells me to check disk. So gradually I will put an aftermarket system with Nav and backup camera. there is a module that you can still use Bose amp. I don't know where Bose manufactures its stuff but it is not good quality at all. the soldering is done by kids in swet shop in china. I was watching some You Tube video on this car's Bose subwoofer and the soldering is so bad that the relay gets loose . that is bad.

Nissan does have quality issues on its several models since it was taken over by Reno in the early 2000. Here they learn how to fight it and get away by issuing a TSB instead of a recall.

I got $2200 out of the car. I wanted 2500. (Lessons learned: Never taking my wife again car shopping) I could have gotten 2500 out of my car but I managed to offer lower and got where I wanted. Celica had no problems and was very reliable. I had plans to offer it here but this car popped up on the dealer and after test driving it, I had to have it. I wanted manual transmission and convertible

I will post some pictures of the Z in the off topic section. I am the third owner and the two folks who owned me were older guys and the reason for second one selling it because getting in and out become difficult. and believe me it is difficult. There is a certain way you have to get in and out LOL. Very low miles for the year. Pearl color still looks like new and I have not polished it yet. Its a Touring edition with Bose system (which in my opinion is crap).

The car is a blast to drive. So much power and pulls nicely. I am going to treat it gently for now.
