Hey all,

My 1998 SIII GT has a running issue. Compared to the other GT's I had, this one is misisng the "kick" in 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
In first gear, it does not run nicely (slow traffic), I have to keep the rev up for it not to stall.
The idle is a little erratic, it fluxuates between 900 and 1100 (sensor issue?)
When driving at speed, it seems to very responsive.
There are no oil leaks anywhere, no cracked seals, etc,...

Anyone have any suggestions? Personally I think the cat might be a bit blocked, or dirt in fuel pump or similar, but before I start taking the car apart again, I would like to know other people's thoughts on this.

Regards,

Red

Hello all,

As the topic says, my gauge lights ( the ones that illuminate the speed and rev) are no longer working. I replaced the bulbs with new ones and checked the fuses and everything. This started happening after I stripped everything out of the car to fix my heater core. All other electrics and warning lights work. Any suggestions?

If the dimmer knob isn't plugged in, the lights won't light up, if that was it let me know lol

Yea, it was that... Cheers!
