Thanks for the inputs guys!

Driveby, you have such a clean ride. If I ever do fix mines, it'll probably have the same exact look. smile.gif

I am guessing those rim's are specific to Ray's Engineering correct? I looked around google and found different versions of the TE37; some if which flare and some don't. I just love the flare.

Do you guys know any other types of rims similar to those with the flare?

Ok, everytime I step on the clutch; if I step on it all the way down, the engine feels as if it is going to die. However, if I step on it just enough so that I can move the clutch in and out of the gears, it is fine. Nothing is wrong, the car still runs and everything. I have looked into many things that could've been the reason, but I have yet to know why. It has been happening for a while now. Oh, and this has happened after my battery had run dry, upon charging it up again with jumpers, it started acting like that.

Any ideas guys? thanks.

Oh, and going to die as if.. I turn the engine off and on again really fast. So, as if there was no power whatsoever for a split second and everything comes on again.

Yeah, it goes in without even stepping on the clutch at all. The engine doesn't start, what-so-ever. It feels like it's about to turn over, but t doesn't.

Those were my initial thoughts also. Has anyone ever replaced the clutch disc themselves? If so, is it hard?

Really? Wow. Dang, I need to know what is wrong with it. At first I'm thinking it's the clutch, but I am thinking about ignition stuff now. Let me know.

Well, 2 days ago while in traffic my car suddenly died on me. It's a 95 ST.

I was going about 30 coming to a stop but didn't because the light turned green. So, I switch it into 3rd gear and then it just died there. Got it towed back to the house and everything. I was wandering if anyone can help or any inputs as to what the problem is?

I know it's not the timing belt and I am thinking that it's the clutch disc. Now, I don't know if they can get loose over time or whatever, but that's my guess right now. Why? Because naturally, if you don't step on the clutch, you can't move into the gears, now I can move into the gears freely without even stepping on the clutch. So that's my main reason I think it's the clutch.

I was wandering if anyone had any similar problems or any inputs as what's wrong?

I have cruise stock cruise if anyone wants to buy it off of me which is the cruise control unit that pulls the throttle cable for an ST.

I don't really know how to ask this.. but is that the whole thing? Plug and play? or will I need an extra part or something?

Hey, I dont really want to hijack or anything but.. Where can I find an aftermarket cruise control?

I have a 95 ST too, and it doesn't even have CC. Is your's definite aftermarket?

Thanks.

I honestly dont like how it look that much.. but that's just me. Post a pic if anyone want this idea to go through.

Update:

I called back and it seems they cant make them...the guy told me that they need to see the car to make the measurements but I live too far

maybe if someone from California is interested...he or she can go up there and show the car and ask

"IGGEE Covers"
15931 chemical lane #A ,
Huntington Beach, CA 92649

Anyone from California who's willing? frown.gif

I might be willing... but will he give any discounts or offer or anything for giving him the car for measurements. oh, and will i have to leave the car overnight or anything?

Do you still want it? Like it?

I'm not really sure if they are suppose to fade or be one solid color because I've never seen one.. so..

Well.. so many responses.. but nothing to what he asked.. wink.gif

Man.. I'd say if I was you.. I'd keep everything and just change the rims.

But to seek your request. If you can provide me with a higher quality picture, I can photoshop it for you. Change it to white with a black/cf hood and some better rims.

And also, I would like to see how your rear bumper looks like.
Also, I dont know and can't tell.. but it seems like you can go with a little drop.

But like I said, if you can provide me with a higher quality photo, I can fix it up for you.

EDIT: Woops, I see the rear in your profile. Never mind that. But like I said. Since you worked hard on it, I'd say you should keep everything... just go with a new paint job, drop it a bit, and definitely some new rims.

It's not that I dont want to.

It's her unwillingness to learn it and my parents. But, either way i guess it'll be that or no car.smile.gif

Haha. My first thought was to let teach her how to drive.

What she and my parents are scared of are the hills. Because we live near the mountains and hills and its a pain. It'll take a while for her to get used to it too. So a girl and her first car, a manual? on hills? Don't think its a good combination.

But since it might not be worth it.. I might just teach her how to drive.
It has about 210k miles on it. What do you guys think?

Is it possible to switch from a manual to an automatic?

Reason: Handing it down to younger sister. Wants an AUTO.
