Hello guys, I'm looking for the following parts: Drivers side seat frame from a facelift Celica (build after 95.08). With seat frame I mean this (this is a pre-facelift example): ![]() The one I'm looking for has the handle from left to right like this: ![]() I live in Holland, so I don't need the entire seat (due to high shipping cost), just the frame including plastic covers. Beside the seat frame I'm also looking for the ABS computer brackets (also post facelift, so after 95.08) If anyone can help me with these parts, please let me know. |

Try this one: CelicaGT It's dutch, but we all recognise the words "interactive", which contains the engine manuals. They are complete, unlike the celicatech website. Yep that's my site. I found the manuals on some Swiss GT-Four owner's club I thought. Here are the direct links: RM396E 3S-GE Engine Repair Manual RM396E RM398E 3S-GTE Engine Repair Manual Supplement RM398E RM399E ST205 Chassis and Body Repair Manual Supplement RM399E Good luck with it. |

One of the brake pistons could be stuck. Happened to me last year. Replaced the piston (with new seals) and it worked perfect again. |

What sizes are there for space saver tires? I have 205/55/16's, is there a 16" space saver available? What is the width of the tyre? I live in the Netherlands, but I don't know if it is legal to have them on my car. Maybe if someone from the Netherlands can tell me.... Off Course it's legal. I've also got the ST205 space saver wheel as a spare tire, like the one in the Ebay auction. I'd say: go get it. |

Those are exactly the same bolts as I mentioned earlier: Bolts underneath frontbumper / undercover (4x) 90119-06355 So for the entire small undercover that's attached to the frontbumper and the crossmember, you'll need 9 bolts. Bolts are about 1 dollar a piece and the clips are about 2.50 dollar a piece. |

From the EPC picture I'd say you can't buy it separately, it's one assembly. Can't find it in the EPC either, it's just sold as one assembly. |

Time for an update! PART 2: Maintaining the 3S-GTE engine After I pulled the 3S-GTE engine from the GT-Four, it was time for some maintenance. I replaced the following parts:
• V-belt • V-belt powersteeringpump • Clutch, including pressureplate and bearing • Spark plugs • Fuel filter • Engine Oil and Oilfilter • Coolant • Intercooler Coolant (Toyota Longlife Red) • Gearbox oil • Brakefluid (DOT 3 or better) • Clutch fluid (is the same as brakefluid)
• Accelerator cable *, LHD, ST205, part nr. 78180-2D310, EUR 155,90 inc taxes ![]() Some of the replacement parts Timingbelt ![]() I removed the crankshaftpulley bolt using this special tool, though it's easier to loosen the bolt when the engine is still in the car ![]() Upper cover removed ![]() Engine mount removed, you kan see the green tensioner clearly now ![]() Mounted new timingbelt, timing is exactly the same as before ![]() Placed the covers back on and installed a (new) crankshaft pulley, the old one was damaged during removal unfortunately Clutch Before you can access the clutch the gearbox has to come off. Since I can't use the E154 gearbox, it needed to come off anyway. Be aware that the gearbox is heavy (40 - 50 kg). Don't drop it on your toe's like I did. Fortunately I weared workboots. ![]() Removed the gearbox ![]() Removed the pressureplate and the frictionplate. The flywheel was still ok ![]() Cleaned the new pressureplate with brakecleaner ![]() Mounted the pressureplate with the frictionplate in it on the flywheel. Used my eyes to center it ![]() After the E56 transmission was removed, I changed the release bearing Sparkplugs and valvecover During replacement of the sparkplugs I found out that the valvecovergasket was leaking, because there was oil in the sparkplugshafts. ![]() Removed the valvecover ![]() Oil in the sparkplug shafts ![]() Cleaned the oil out and replaced the sparkplugs ![]() Installed valvecover with new gaskets After all the maintenance was completed I pulled the 3S-GE engine from my ST202. See part three for that. |

No, you won't. It's on my website: Celica GT.nl - Multimedia The last pages of the ST205 Chassis Manual contain the Wiring Diagrams of the ST205. |

Yes, Superstruts Suspension is a bolt-on job. It uses the exact same mounting point as the normal McPherson suspension. Only problem you have, is that you probably can't use the S54 gearbox, you need a E56 gearbox with E56 axles. The splines of the E-series gearboxes are different than the ones of the S-serie, but I don't know this for sure. If the splines are the same, you can use the S54 gearbox. If you interested, here in Holland they have a E56 gearbox for sale (850 Euro) and I have some spare axles (350 Euro). |

Oops. forgot about the 5S-FE, hehe, here in Holland we've only got the AT200, ST202 and ST205. Sorry 'bout that |

No problem man. Just helping out, hope it's this gasket that's leaking. Just FYI: it's a bitch to get to it on the 3S-GE/3S-GTE engine, but with the 7A-FE you probably have more space. @Altraccman78: I know what talking about. My swap was the first I did, but I used the BGB on the side, and only used OEM parts or better. And some mechanics really suck, others are great. |

Remove brake fluid of all calipers (release the bleed bolts and hamer the brakes panel till it feels flat). Loosen the 5 brake lines, remove the connectors and unbolt the bracket. Mounting is the reverse of removal. Bleed the brakes as good as you can, and/or drive to a garage and have them do it. |
