Hey Guys I seem to be having a problem with my Celica.....when i pull away i can hear a knocking noise coming from the rear of the car...the faster you go the faster the noise gets. I had a look underneath the car and it seems to have two arms that go across on either side looks like tracking arms that are located on the front of the car....anyway i moved both arms and there seemed to be alot of movement and play in them...when constantly moving them it seemed like the same noise...however, i cannot be sure this was the problem. It looked like the arms had bushes located in them and i was thinking of replacing these to see if the problem would be resolved. Are the arms supposed to have excess movement? and would replacing the bushes solve the issue? or would i have to replace both arms as well? Could it be another problem? Thanks My car is a 96 GT manual model (UK) |

Hey people My steering Wheel has a few splits in the leather & I was wondering how to change the wheel. Normally this would be easy but it has an airbag! Can anyone tell me how to change it without the airbag mechanism being affected or poping up on me! I've found a nice momo wheel to replace it with! Thanks! |

Hey People! I seem to be having problems with my reverse lights! When I put the car into reverse they only work sometimes and are abit tempremental. I assumed the issue was bulb related & thus, I've tried replacing the bulbs but this hasn't made any difference. The only other things I can think of are, firstly, to replace the reverse light switch!?. Or maybe there is a bad earth somewhere that I need to repair!? However, I have been told that the reverse light switch rarely fail. In any case, I need some info on where the reverse light switch is located & how to repair it. If anyone has had the same issues, please feel free to post any advice relating to the issue. Also, Any chance of pictures being posted, so I can get a good idea as to where the switch is? Thanks |
