Hey, I have a pair of TRD superstrut suspension (front suspension NOT rear). Was stationed in Okinawa japan and got these off a guy that was leaving the island, along with his taillights. Both items have been in storage for around 5 years, so I am looking to get rid of them.

Right now I am going back to okinawa as a contractor, but these parts are in Chattanooga Tennessee. If you are close or want to travel to get them then come on down and pick them up, I will have someone meet with you.

Selling as a package deal with both lights and suspension for $250. One of the tailights have a chip in it, but they are still a huge upgrade over an standard tailight.

Does your car have a automatic start thing hooked up to your alarm system?

If so, you could of blown your alarm system box and some alarms have a circuit going through that box to start the car.

Lol...

No they not for sell, but they look like this -

IPB Image

Got the back struts on, but can't figure out how to put on the front.. Im guessing I need a different style break. The front ones are the ones with just one hole on the bottom.. No idea where that hole goes kindasad.gif

That's super strunt suspension like ST205, seems don't fit on usdm ST204

I am in okinawa.. I am sure my car isnt usdm lol

also - I got this off a 95 stII, I have a 94 st.

This is what I found in the suspension guide -

So what is Superstrut suspension? It is a hybrid between normal MacPherson strut and a multilink setup. One of the requirements of the design brief was that the system would fit existing suspension mount locations. Therefore the system can be fitted into export Celicas as well as the Japanese lower spec SSI! The late production cars even share the same subframe.

Both are cracked and scratched, the left one being worse.. I know I would lose value on them due to the crack and I wanted custom tails anyways..

Friend of mine in okinawa junked his car but before he did he let me buy a bunch of parts off him.

What I received was -

Cracked Jdm Tails
His entire exhaust
Trd Suspension (all 4 strut assemblys)
Passenger seat - has celica emblem sewed in (was going to get driver side but it had alot of wear and tear on it)

All for $200

I already have a set of JDM tails so I was wondering If I could modd these - since they are cracked and I doubt many people would want them, or possibly get someone to modd them for me. If anyone has any information on how to do it or get someone please tell smile.gif

they're not seat covers....there the leather seat skins themselves.

they would replace the cloth fabric the stock seats come with. and honestly yeah they are kinda pricey. you could pick up a pair of BRIDE's for that much, maybe even used RECARO's

From the picture it looks like just seat covers... Not the skins, and the dude does say they are "seat covers" so I would assume from the picture.. and the guy selling them.. that they are actually... Seat covers! Lol

But, he did pay 1100 for them, and you get more then just the covers, they dont look too bad. Get floor mats, back seat cover and the two front seats.. Its a "ok" price.. but I wouldnt pay for it.

The stock 8" brackets will not fit kickers 8" midbass speakers.. What you have to do is do some modifications to the bracket -- what I did is cut the thing directly down the middle, I then put the speak inside to where the bracket fits around it snugly and then I sealed the entire speaker around the edges and the one inch gap I had in the middle. Fits perfectly in the door.

I bought the midbass Kicker 8" for my door panels. Whoever said it needs modification is correct, if you dont then your door wont be able to go on correctly. So what I did is just cut the bracket to where it will flex around the kickers, wrapped it around the kicker put a screw in it and sealed the entire thing with sealant.

Sounds nice and works.

Rattling sounds could also mean your sub is bad lol...

The 8" stock subs (that come in the doors) blow out easily.
