update: new plugs and plug wires.. now it does fine at revs, just not so much at idle, especially when its dropped into gear.. at idle, in gear it shakes horribly... can also hear what sounds like loose timing chain.. ideas?

Honestly if you dont know what you're doing then just take it 2 a shop. It's nearly impossible to diag a car over the internet w/o having all the right info. If you really want help I can give you a list of what info would be needed and MAYBE we can help.

To do something different. Player is already doing the curren front on his hatch.

That because he knows it's just a bolt on very easy to do.

I'm pretty sure Playr would disagree with this statement.

So you're saying it would be easier to put the front end of anyother car, then it is 2 put on one that was made for our cars...

I get that but at least keep it in the family kindasad.gif
Maybe an sc300/400 if you want that stream line look.

They make an adapter plate for it. Another option is a newer trans but IDK what its out of, I havent worked on a ford in a long time...
The ZTEC motor would useless in the f body because of weight diff. also would take more custom work.

Just saw this! Looks like a cool project I had an 86 t'bird with the I4 turbo it was LOADS of fun and that was in a heavy car. It's the best bag for your buck. I would suggest a port'n'polish and port fuel injection if you do go with one, gives it a lot more pick up. Another easy swap that i've done with those is the 2.4 turbo from a Probe( biggrin.gif ...probe)GT, gets rid of the stupid throttle body injection for port inj.

Im selling my ADR's perfect condition, no curbing or rashes. Comes with a set of Kumho Ecstas SPT's, they are down to the wear points, normal wear never did burnout's or excessive driving. I dont want to remove the tyres because I'm lazy. Wanting $680 for the set, comes with toyota center caps, a set of lug nuts.

What they look like on the car.

I am also interested in trading looking for an 18" 5 spoke rim, flush lip. Examples below thumbsup.gif
Can be any colour Im just looking for the same style!

Can't have fully automatic down here either, unless you go and get a bunch of licences and what not for them. Rather have cheaper Supras and GT-4 than guns. I don't like guns.

OT But you can own full auto in the states and not need a licence, it just depends on the state you live in.

I can go about an inch further in the rear. But up front I only have a finger gap of room. So to keep functionality, the fronts will stay.

But that makes since and we cant have that now laugh.gif
