For Sale: 94 GT4 Clone AWD conversion. $14k

Time to move on and onto next project. Will post video next week of car running and full interior when I’m back home.

AWD conversion - no welds or cuts done- which is why gas tank is in trunk. Went the easy route.

Engine :
3rd gen 3sgte
GReddy profec EBC
AWD conversion
GT4 brake conversion front and rear
3” down pipe and 3 inch custom exhaust

Suspension:
Ksport AIR suspension with AIR lift management

Interior:

Full interior custom. Will update with better photos later

Might be leaving out other details but will update more as I remember. Original GT4 bumper and C-one lip stored away and available.

Issue : Gas tank is currently mounted inside trunk - plans were to convert into fuel cell but never got around to it.

Drives and performs no issues.

Thanks for the feedback. To be honest price is always negotiable as it depends on the buyer type. If a great buyer came along and promised to continue the upkeep of making it into show car quality I could let it go for $10k. Or even if buyer wants to go lower and not interested in AIR ride or custom interior - originals can be put back and sold for less. I would also hope to have local buyer where I might be able to see and drive it every now and then just for memories - for that possibility I’d be willing to let it go for $10k.

I apologize that I will not be making it. Was not able to have time to get Celica ready as it's still sitting on jacks. Kid and wife been sick so no time to get Celica ready.

Hi - i'm interested in buying the JDM hatch visor - 08664-14020C. Anyone happen to have one for sell?

Does anyone know where I might be able to buy this part? I've tried my local toyota dealers but they don't have information on that part # as it is probably discontinued.

Would you guys happen to have the JDM part number for the hatch visor? I heard it's been discoutinued and no longer available to order from Toyota. Is this true? Sorry I searched all over the parts database but just couldn't find it.

It has been a long while since I've posted on 6gc. I've browse occasionally, but been waiting until my car was near completion to post.

I had sold my beams swap celica and purchased this from another member Diego in Florida. Had it shipped to Texas.

Original vehicle has the E153 LSD with the 3rd gen swap. Once it was delivered I drove the car for about a month before I started working on it.

Project Completed: Goal - 350 Hp

A) converted to AWD (will take pictures of setup and write quick step process for those that are interested as it was fairly simply)
B) Resprayed with Supra white
C) Installed Blitz intake
D) Powder Coated heat shield and intercooler.
E) After market radiator
F) Installed 3 inch downpipe with 3 inch all around custom exhaust.

On To Do list:

1) Finish installing TRD wing
2) Hook up Viper Alarm system
3) Install exhaust cutout
4) Hook up led scanner bars to turn signal - 2 on spoiler - 1 each on side skirts
5) Upgrade turbo to ATS CT21 hybrid
6) Install Greddy Profec EBC (currently has manual)
7) Dyno'd by ATS
8) Get new wheels mounted - at some point when I have more time.
9) Start with engine build on spare 3rd gen engine - goal 500+ hp

Hey - great progress on your car. One of your photos reminds me of the time we had a meet. Continue the great work on your car man. I'm also doing some updates on mine so hopefully will be somewhat ready by mid or late February. Always glad to see a member in Texas that has passion in the Celica. Let's have a meet up at Starbucks or something when our cars are ready.

Sorry for your loss man. Hope you able to get something decent from the insurance. Theresbplentybof celicas on Craigslist within dfw usually. Also just in case you might be looking into 3sgte I have spare 3rd gen that I'll be selling as I'm about done with my swap.

I have a Gt4 bumper that I could let go but was gonna keep it as spare. . Hope you able to fix or find another vehicle soon.

after purchasing a swapped celica from another member - i decided to recondition the work to make it more permanent and upgrade manifold/downpipe, radiator. Redid the wiring harness and tucked in wires. I'll also be using the E154f AWD tranny to convert it from E153 to AWD with the clip i purchased a few years back.
