Hi all. Is there any interest in a Gen 3 3SGTE sump assembly? I'm in England. I know how expensive things are in the States so I only want GBP30 for the actual sump. Postage might be a bit, but there are good courier deals to US nowadays. Let me know. |

Hey all. So I'm still in the process of getting parts together for my 3SGE turbo conversion. Now my tuner friend has convinced me to go with an aftermarket 36-1 trigger wheel on the crank and Ford EDIS Coil pack. Has anyone fitted an aftermarket trigger wheel on the crank? Is there anyone here using a stock distributor on an aftermarket ECU? Please give me some pointers. Cheers. |

Hey guys. I have 2 questions please with regards to my ST202. I was going to use a barrell chargecooler and water pump set up etc got my Gen 3 3SGE. Now I've seen Caldina top mount intercooler are quite cheap. Questions are 1. Will the Caldina intercooler work with my throttle body ie location amd plumbing? 2. Surely if it was good for the Caldina, it will be good for mine with a GT4 bonnet and vented front bumper? Please let me know. Oh, I'm not doing silly horsepower. I just want to avoid front mounted intercooler. Cheers. |

I've seen yours. What I want to understand is what needs to be removed ie crossmember etc. I only get a few hours every other weekend to work on the car so I need as much detail to prepare. Cheers, J |

Hey guys. I have a 3SGTE sump pan that I need to fit to my 3SGE for turbo conversion. Has anyone replaced a sump pan on a 6gc and if so, is there a How To / diy? Many thanks, Jason. |

Hey guys. So I fitted my JDM retractable mirrors and the actual mirrors work ok. The retract and unfold functions also work. However the mirrors don't stop at the end of their travel. I've had to temporarily disable the folding function. I thought the motors had a safety cut function. Cheers. |

DO not unplug anything from anywhere. Y ou only need to unplug the driver's airbag and connect a 3.3 Ohm resistor across the 2 terminals in the loom. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TOYOTA-3-3-OHMS-...=item3ce492d390 Hope this helps, J |

Hi guys. I want to replace my old tired fuel hoses between the fuel filter to fuel rail. I know the ID for the hose is 8mm. What I'd like to know is... 1. Tread at fuel filter (towards fuel rail). 2. Tread at Fuel rail. I plan to keep my stock FPR for now as I will be using Supra injectors with Walbro fuel pump. Many thanks, Jason. |

Hey guys. I am in the process of turbocharging my UK Spec 3SGE. I have a spare sump pan (see pic) that I would like to drill for AN10 fitting. ![]() I have never used these fittings before. My question is can I do this without welding? Also is it worth tapping the pan for an oil temperature sensor? I'd like to see pics of your drilled pans please. Many thanks, Jason. |

Thanks, Smaay. I meant I had concern that the stock ecu would control the air con. I know a standalone replaces stock, but on many occasions the old ecu runs in tandem to control other functions. My car is not obd2 btw. The 3sge and 3sgte looms are very similar, but one has a 3 plug and the other has 4 plugs. Most solutions are for the 3sgte which is why I feel like using said loom to save time/money. When I spoke to MS, they said they couldn't provide a PnP solution for my loom as it is now. Finally, I'm leaning towards the AEM since I can get a base map from them, saving hours in set up time. |

Ok I've just realised your harness is no good for me as you are LHD. I can get one locally. I'd like a price on injectors and rail though. It's for my rev 3 3SGE. J |

Smaay, can I completely ditch my stock 3SGE ECU, or is it needed for anything else othe car. I'm keeping my air con. Have a look at this link, I just have one more dilemma. http://www.tweakdperformance.com/onlinesto...;products_id=33 1. If I decide to go with the EMS 4, I will have no need to get a ST205/3SGTE wiring loom. They can just make me a PnP harness for the 3SGE loom. 2. I could change my car's loom for the ST205 which is very similar, but use an MR2 ECU. Now this would have been great if I was fitting a 3SGTE, but seen as I'm boosting my GE, is it worth changing the harness, fitting an MR2 ECU? 3. DIY Autotune have offered to build me an ECU with PnP harness for the 3SGTE so it means I would have to use a 205 harness. They don't have the plugs for my car. This car is not for race or track. Just simply a weekend car and I don't push my cars hard. Things like anti lag and launch control are just wasted on me. I also want boost control as part of the map, so all in I would be better off with a standalone than piggyback. What would you do in my case? J |

Hi. Ok I have messages a few breakers for your bumper trim. I will be happy to send to you no problem. Can you please tell me what year the 205 harness is, as the ECU manufacturer would like to know for a PnP solution. I haven't got injectors yet, so either set is fine for what I need. What price please. J |

Hi. Just to clarify, you want just the rear number plate holder off an S14 or S14a? Also UKDM or JDM as I think they are different. Ok,forget the sensors but how much for just the harness please. Basically I'm turbocharging my ST202 so having a 205 harness will allow me to fit a PnP ECU. Am I right in thinking I have a cold start injector on my UK 3SGE. I have family in the US so postage is not too much drama for now. Yes, if you can get me front splitters I'd love a price please. Many thanks, Jason. |
