QUOTE(Ve1Ls1dEvolutioN @ Aug 21, 2007 - 1:29 PM) i hope it makes a difference...this is my 3rd set of shocks in 7 years...LOL I called up KYB and they said that the sealed shock DO fit the 1994 ST. Call up your local Toyota parts department first to confirm your car (by VIN #) has the following OE numbers: Left - 48520-80045 Right - 48510-80219 If so you can use the sealed struts that KYB offers for '95's. |

Just trying to help out guys. http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showto...orts+suspension Yeah I have an ST, will those sealed struts fit my car? |

I've searched the forums and couldnt find any answers to this question: Do KYB Front Sealed Shocks (334378 Front Right & 334379 Front Left) fit on the 1994's? The KYB catalog shows 95-99 only for the front sealed shock models and inserts for 94-99. |

If 29psi is the optimal tire pressure for the stock 185/70/14 tires, what should be the best tire pressure for 215/40/17's? The same or more? |

Should we be using a diode to prevent voltage spikes too? If so what kind of diode? Do you need two replays as well? (i.e. one relay for each factory light harness/balast) Or can we get away with just one relay hooked up to one light, and have the output +12v split to the two balasts? |

QUOTE(crandsberry @ Jul 23, 2007 - 5:08 PM) my celi has 122000 miles and put it on some tien stechs a few months ago, i recomend these guys, great service, and REALLY fast shipping. But i put in KYBs in the rear, cuase they were lookin pretty ratty, but the sport sus struts up front are holdin up great. Those are the guys on eBay, $116 for springs sounds too good to be true: http://www.highperformanceoutlet.com/servl...-Springs/Detail Did you compare the springs and the box with the notice Tein has up on their website? Does it match the real ones? |

QUOTE(SlowCelica94 @ Jul 20, 2007 - 10:57 PM) What's your mileage? Toyota's heads are naturally a bit noisy, but I'm willing to bet you're due of a valve adj. Also run some high quality oil. Those two things should have you set. I used to own a first gen Eclipse and they are also notorious for noisy lifters too. I found good results with Lucas Oil stabilizer and it helped fix the noise pretty good. |

There's some pretty cheap Tein springs up on eBay, but I'm hesitant to buy because there's been plenty of fake springs sold on there. The few I've looked at look legit according to Tein's website...Has anybody bought Teins off eBay and have had a good experience? Any recommended sellers? |
