Why don't you take that money and get a Certificate of Deposit.

Take it and put it as a down payment on a NEW car that way you wont have to WORRY about that kind of stuff.

Buy a NEW car and SAVE money till you get OUT OF COLLEGE and then spend ALL THE MONEY you get from your new job on ANY CAR YOU WANT.

Seriously, I bought a Honda Fit. Handles like the Celi, and is brand new. Cost me 17g otd, 13g financed and I have payments of about 250 for 4 years. (special rates)

Spore is a new game coming out in September where you basically go from a single celled organism to a civilization of your own creatures. The Creature Creator came out in June I think and gives people a chance to create creatures. They wanted people to create videos using the Creature Creator Program's video capture and dance options.

I thought I did pretty good!

I know I don't have a Celica anymore, but I still would love if I could get the support from this community!

You probably arent having luck with that price.... I'm sure you might find some for under 4k, but 2k is pushing it

I wanted to get a scion or something but they are jacking the prices up on everything.

I got my 08 fit with 1000 miles for the same price they wanted for a 2007 corolla with 25k on it.

I still don't know if I should have, but I got the A/T

They get a lot worse MPG but I'm tired of having a M/T.

My fit has shift paddles so whenever I want to go into M/T I can do so without a clutch.

Just tell your girlfriend to do her research.

Sadly, I must say that my time on 6gc.net has come to an end. I recently entered into a contract to sell my sexyca and in a few weeks it will no longer be mine. I am going to miss you guys, those who I met on the Bastrop meet, those who I have talked with online. I love my car but I don't have the time she deserves. Hopefully the new owner will (he is a member on this site).

So in all, I thank all of you for your helpfullness in the past year that I have owned my car. In the future I plan on buying and swapping a celica (once I have much more money) but until then, I am out.

I'm so damn pissed right now. Just came home and when we pulled in behind my car I noticed it was missing the damn darwin fish I've had on there forever!!! Someone felt it was their place to violate my damn personal belongings. I don't give a damn what your beliefs are. MY property is MY property.

oh my bad. My mechanic said the seal where the spark plugs connect to the engine was loose so oil was getting up into a plug and causing the misfire.

My family went to the Air and Space museum in Virginia somewhere and they were filming. My brother got a picture of Megan Fox's buttcrack apparently.... lol

The Good:
It's a celica.
Owned by a celica lover.
Replaced all belts very recently.
Replaced master and slave cylinder.
Custom front speakers.
Replaced head unit.
Replaced windshield wipers.
Oil changes every 3-5k
Alignments every 3-6 months.

Wierd clunk when I turn right.
Needs paint and body work in some places.
Seats have some tears in them
Tires MIGHT need replacing within a year. I don't know alot about them though so this might be false.

I don't want anyone to lowball me and I'm not looking to rip anyone off.
This car isn't immaculate but it isn't falling apart. The dents and rust have not gotten worse at all. The only thing that has changed is the mileage and the sunspots just keep growing out of use.
Like I said, I have posted images of the problems and images of the good. I love my car but I need something better on gas and better on insurance.
