I think you are talking about front wheels? Was the steering knuckle of that 1990 Camry the same as the one on your 1995 Celica? Since the bearing and hub were identical, I'm just wondering how much of the wheel was the same from that series of Camry.

Not sure how much of the Steering is the same.
Maybe someone more knowledgeable has the answer.

Please dont put possible misguided information. If the bearing is not the same, then it wont fit. Bearings make a lot of difference and so does the spline count for the axles. Unless someone ha verified this, beware...

I have the hub from a 1990 Camry on my front driver side. I installed it in August 2011. The bearing is for a Celica, ordered from amazon. I sat in the muddy junkyard, old hub in one hand and counted the splines myself before I removed the hub from the Camry. So in a way I have "verified" it. My car is a 1995 St and it's my daily driver. That's just my experience.

Sadly most of the people on that map no longer own a 6GC.

I have an ST with no keyring light option. Will there still be wiring to it somewhere? Maybe no wires, but there is still a plug?

The plug should be there. my 95 ST also came without the keyring light, found one in a junkyard and it plugged right in smile.gif

From the ebay post. "GENERIC PICTURE, ACTUAL SHOCKS AND SPRINGS LOOK DIFFERENT."

I'd just buy from amazon.ca or somewhere reputable.

Probably referring to Private messages.

On the right side of each message is a little box, put a check in the box, then click delete at the bottom of the page.

To replace my 1995 ST front drivers side hub, I used 1990 Camry front drivers side Hub.

Hope that helps you.

You could try a Rustoleum paintjob, that's a nice DIY project.

Another STX, Awesome! Mine is 95 as well. I had to ditch my BBS rims, they were horribly bent, car was in an accident before I got it.
Engine looks decent, just need a little cleaning. The interior dash pieces can be sanded and painted.

Good luck with the project, the car is fun and reliable once working properly.

Yes it is supposed to be soft and very sticky. Wear gloves when handling it or you will have a tough time getting it off your hands.

I have a coupe, one of the rear triangle windows fell out and I had to reseal it. Used a roll of black Butyl and it holds perfectly.

Used a hairdryer & a razor-blade to remove the 18-year-old window tint on the car. Not an easy task consider the majority of it was dry/brittle and fell apart easily.

It is different. The USDM has a 4-spoke steering wheel. The 3-spoke is from the 7th gen if I remember correctly, and some other "newer" cars.
Those with a 3-spoke swapped it into their cars, and I think many don't have the airbag version.

If you could get the entire steering wheel and airbag I'm certain that would sell.

Did you check if the license plate was out of state? I've seen a couple 6gc's that belong to UM students. I've left flyers twice, not sure if they ever came to the site though.
