The time came for me to finally sell my GT4, wasnt an easy decision but im afraid practicality won the day. I have to say it was a bizare feeling seeing someone else drive my car away for the last time.
It was an AMAZING car, looked awesome, RARE, Oh so FAST.
Loved to drive without any music on and just listen to the burble of the exhaust and then the woooosh of the dump valve and the grunt of the engine.

Well guys, thanks for the advice and good banter here at good old 6GC.net, had some good laughs and met some great people. I hope you ALL one day meet your 6GC goal by modding, or that 3sgte swap, even if its just putting that set of new rims on!!

Thanks all, and one day, i hope America allows the elusive GT-FOUR to be finally released there so all can enjoy the fun.

^ BlASPHEMY!

Glad you're keeping her...I feel you on the auto part, it's even worse coupled to a 7A-FE...but the handling and gas mileage are awesome. Good luck with the modding process. biggrin.gif

haha not meant to be negative to the gt4.
Even supra guys mod their cars to the max because the power IS NEVER ENOUGH!!

with USDM versions not being able to back up the looks with speed i feel it outweighs its worth to change the motor. I think I will be able to satisfy both looks and power by getting what is so close to a supra, which I think the SC and celica are. but sadly not having a J Spec version or available parts or shipping issues is killing me to go further, like hitting a plateau.

Mate, let me tell you something, this isnt to change your mind, but you guys in the states think the mighty gt-four is the holy grail, but you know what, after owning one for two years, im getting bored with it, i also lost interest in doing things to it, and the power seems not enough these days.
No matter what car you get, the same feelings come along after a while!!! Thats life i guess!!

thanks luke, gives me a general idea what i might be looking for!!
You seen any silver celi with white wheels?? Any on this site you know?
Cheers matey

It's not a very common choice mate, can't remember any.......

maybe just spray some on and see, you can always paint over it wink.gif

I like dark silver/gunmetal type colours myself smile.gif

I concur biggrin.gif to be honest, it was just a quick idea, saw one done on gt4oc a while back. Think ill go for classic silver or slightly darker. You do your alloys yourself?

Great pics!!

Your Celica looks great! Mind you, I love the Eclipse, we didn't get them in the UK.

Really? No Eclipse GSX there?! That sucks, I am sorry to hear that. But then again, you guys got the GT-4 and the Cogsworth (I think that is how it is spelled), which is a awesome car I hear. Doesn't Ford make it?

A few more to come, the whole idea was to give it a cartoonish appearance (since I don't have photoshop, this crappy editing of "Color", I feel has become my signature. LOL)

looking good Faustino, i didnt realise you had the gt4 front and hood on your 6gc, ive been away for a bit though.

Its a ford cosworth your talking about, nearly got it right. A mate here had a cossie, he had it up at 450bhp ish. flying machine
