IMO the best kits for raw style are C-One and Varis Arising II, if you've got the cash. The Veilside/Invader kits are ok but too common. If you want to save money get SS-III splitters or Z-Glide 3 kit. But like everybody says, what you like is all up to you and the wallet.

You might want to check matrixracing.com. I got mine from procarparts.com, but I don't think they're sold there anymore. Sorry. I'm almost certain there's some on Ebay though. Just search "94-99 Celica side marker." Cost was about $30 with shipping for mine, and all it takes to change lenses is a screwdriver. Takes a couple of minutes and was one of the first things I did.
