So my clutch burned out last night on the middle of the highway and I had to get my car towed. The garage it got towed to said estimated repairs would be $1938 for new clutch, flywheel, and a few other things - and thats with a 15% old employee discount. My mechanic friend recommended instead of getting it fixed with stock parts I look into a performance clutch kit. The problem is Im a college student and $2000 would take forever to raise. What would you guys recommend? my car is a virtually stock 1995GT minus new head unit and cone filter intake any help would be greatly appreciated |

I just bought a sony chameleon headunit from a friend and then i went to best buy to buy the wiring harness. I got the one for toyotas 1987+, I drive a 95 gt, but when i went to plug it into my factory wires it doesn't fit at all. I'm wondering did I buy the wrong harness or am I just doing something wrong? The wiring harness came with one big plug and one small plug but there is only one factory wire. Any insight would be very helpful |
