Im not sure i totally understand, but from I read your wanting to make a false floor for the trunk. So that it covers the whole floor to better support the items in your trunk.

If this is right, then take out your trunk carpet, lay it down on a piece of MDF, then draw around the carpet. Then use a jigsaw (electric saw) to cut around the shape leaving you with a perfect piece of wood to cover the trunk floor.

Then if you choose, you can build up from that to make your own housing etc for the amp. But that is left up to your imagination
