there's how-to's on here to make an auto to a manual i believe. anyone wants to pick this up for $1000? i'll throw the "racing" headers in and all of the factory parts i have laying around, including front and rear bumpers, both fenders, third brake light, and a few other miscellaneous things. i'm sure someone wants this for a project car or to turn it to stock and sell the "extra" parts. hell, you can make your money back on the aftermarket crap and still have the car. i just don't have the time to turn it back to stock and prime it all or else i would and it would be sold a lot quicker.

if it's worth 2000, take it for 1000. the motor only has 118,xxx miles on it and the tranny runs perfectly.

LoL, thanks. i'm not really that worried about selling it now tho. i have a guy that's going to rebuild the motor in it for me for cheap, so i might just do that and finish it up unless someone offers me some money for it.

I'm getting ready to rebuild my 7AFE motor so that it will be back to brand new basically rather than just replacing one thing that's wrong with it. I found this rebuild kit on eBay for cheap and I'm wondering if anyone knows anything at all about this company or what the deal is. It almost seems too good to be true. The link will be at the bottom of this post. I'm also wondering if boosting the rebuilt 7AFE motor will be safe or not. I'm going to be using it as a daily driver and don't wanna boost the hell out of it and blow it, but I'm wanting it to be a little quicker. A motor swap and tranny swap are not in the question, I'm just wondering if boosting this motor is worth it or not and if the rebuild kit isn't worth it. Thanks!

QUOTE(CelicaST_CALI @ Feb 6, 2008 - 9:04 PM)

didnt u already have a thread selling this car?

yes it was, but there was too much drama on there and such so i had the mods just delete it. i put different pictures and put at the beginning that it doesn't run so things are clearer this time around and won't be any headaches. still looking for any offers so someone can have some fun with this project.

I have a 94 Celica ST that is in need of some repairs. I need rid of it ASAP, so anyone with some offers please let me know them and it will more than likely be your's. As far as I know, it needs a camshaft or maybe a crankshaft, but I really have no idea as to whether that is 100% for a fact that's what it needs. The interior is in extremely good shape for a 14 year old car. It has the usual tear in the driver's seat on the side closest to the door and there are a few cigarette burns from the previous owner. This car has a clean title and has no rust whatsoever on it. It has a full bodykit, wing, fenders, and a custom hood that needs a lot of attention, but I can take the scoops off if you want them taken off and the hood will be mostly stock again, doesn't matter to me, I just need rid of the car. It has a full cat-back exhaust system that was hand bent at an exhaust shop and has a short ram intake. I also have the factory parts (fenders, front bumper, rear bumper, and crash bar) that I will throw in with the car to whoever buys it in case they want them to turn it back to stock. The rims that are on it in the pictures are no longer on it due to the weather, it has the factory steelies with brand new tires, just one of them needs resealed or I can get you another new tire. If you want it with the rims, I can make you a good deal with the rims as well. I will try to get some better pictures up soon, I just haven't had much time to do so. Please do not post negative comments. If you have a question or anything like that, then please PM me first. I have nothing to hide on this car as I'm trying to get rid of it for cheap as I possibly can.

there's supposed to be a how-to on making them fit the pre-facelift models. they don't fit as they are right now, but for the price, it'd be worth making them fit....

not 100% bolt right up, only two holes align with the existing's, from memory you need to hook 3 wires, pretty straight forward.

edit: use the serch ultility, this has been covered b4.

i looked for this in the search and it didn't come up with anything. if you have a link i can go to, then post it and i'll use it. the wiring tho, is it like hard wiring them together?

I was wanting to change out the bulky stock mirrors that I have on my 94 Celica ST and I was curious as to whether the mirrors from the 90-93 models fit easily? The ones that I have on my Celica now are powered, so I'm wondering if that's going to effect anything or wil it still work the same? Thanks fo rany help you can provide.

umm...these are parts that I had laying around, LoL. the lenses, prolly $10 plus actual shipping....lemme get a pic of them in a few so you can see the "damage" done to em. and the headers, i duno yet. i'm debating on just taking my taxes and what i get outta these parts to completely rebuild the motor and finish the body work myself.
