I will post this here cuz Vincent's mailbox is full.

"Hi there. I have just noticed that you have used my pictures on your commercial website. I do not recall asking your for a consent of any kind.
I do not have a problem with people using my pictures for private purposes but this is commercial.
The pictures were taken from my post on 6gc.net :
http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showto...mp;#entry742959
http://www.kamikaze.com.hk/img/p/68-247-large.jpg
http://www.kamikaze.com.hk/img/p/60-231-thickbox.jpg

If you had asked me for a permission I would have just said yes. Now I am going to simply ask for an apology and:
- remove them from your website
or
- give proper credit to the author

That email would have never been necessary if you simply were more courteous.

Awaiting your reply.

"

This is not a threat of any kind but rather an understandable request.

As in the topic. Seller must be willing to ship to Poland. It won't be much since the items are small.
If you don't have one for sale and know where to get one, pls help.

thnx!!

There are many on-line retailers that have that in stock. Google it to find the one you like most. It is also 40% cheaper in US than it is here. For that price I would not hesitate a second to give my engine one of the best Oils there is.

mobil1 and oem filter

please do a test - after 10k km change your oil, first using mobil1 5w50 and then MOTUL
after draining the old oil compare the color, texture and density of both

Toyota dealers recommend Mobil1 for all Toyota cars but the again they used to recommend Castrol a while back....

Take off the rubber, apply clear silicone and this should stop the slippage for a few months. It will go back to what it is now because the bonnet, fenders and the bumper shake while you drive causing the rubber to slip off. e-11 corollas have the same problem.

That I understand. I meant a ST205 -> ST202 complete SWAP with the AWD tranny. How do ou work that out? ST202 will not take the abuse from 3sgte engine for long.....

So i went on a small road trip today and thought i would finally use my AC. cranked it on and like 5 minutes later i notice that im about to severly overheat. I turned it off and switched to heat to help cool it off. worked fine. then after that i notice when I keep my RPMs high i start to over heat as well- heat goes back on. any idea what might be causing this? I thought it might be the thermostat sticking closed or something... really weird that the AC would cause it too tho

AC compressor uses your engine power to run. You might notice that your power diminishes as you turn on the AC.
Overheat may be caused by a few factors - bad thermostat, clogged radiator/hoses, bad head gasket.
Turning on AC worsens one of the above conditions.

well goferris has a thread about the 3sge header. technically it should fit cuz people are using the 3sgte turbo manifold.....im guessing it should be the same. well its all in the thread.

Yeah, read it a few times and ref'd it earlier on something else. Im starting to find that all these numbers are starting to look the same. I see that you can, then I read that you cant, then I read that you can but you have to do some custom work, then again that it cant be done. I agree that in theory its all the same, but thats just a guess...havent messed with the headers yet. My primary concern would be emissions, but all this is on another post. I totally agree with matt about the exaust too. Save the cash for something else.

Alright guys:
1. emmissions is not my concern
2. i have a 3s-ge so it is made for my engine
3. in Poland a custom, complete exhaust [header, cat converter, cat-back] is maybe $300 less than this HKS combo

I had a custom header and exhaust in my old civic and it was a 5-7hp gain on the dyno out of a 1.6 SOHC engine. If this one gives me nothing but a better sound then I will not bother.
