Timing belt, tensioner, oil and water pumps, and seals for both.

not really. as long as you have patience and the right tools. and dont over tighten the bolts to the oil pump.

It's very time consuming because you have to take the belt off, one of the engine mounts, the crank shaft pulley, etc...
If you have a garage and some free time, then go for it.

I live in an apartment lol anyone can let me know what tools I need? And how to exactly jack up te motor from where can someone run it by me I checked all data but I'm a lil lost

for the amount of work you are doing, i suggest lifting the engine out of the car. it will make it so much easier to get to everything. you can also replace the clutch. if you dont want to do that, i can do the job for you for 400 labor + the parts. im only about an hour drive from you
