I wonder if a homemade design such as this, without any tweaking to the base surface of the diffuser, could have any true aero advantage. I know Ray's does, but his company tweaked the contour for less drag. This just has strategically placed fins but is otherwise a flat surface. Looks sweet though.

Looks awesome!!! Been thinking of trying this for a while now. May sound like a stupid question but never used fibreglass before, how did you get the fb to release from the mould ? Did it just pull off?

Prior to laying anything in your mould, coat the inside with a release agent.

I found another 6gc with a rear diffuser. Looks like it was custom made.
