I need some suggestions on some suspension and brake parts. I already have the struts picked out that I want. I'm getting KYB GR-2's, however I'm still deciding on polyethylene vs rubber bushings. Anybody on here have poly bushings and can describe how hard the ride is? I also need suggestions on which pads and rotors to get for my brakes.

good pick with the GR-2's
the bushings are a good mod. You maybe might not feel to much of a difference without supporting mods (sways/poly enginemounts/etc) I wouldnt go out of your way to replace them. Unless if you had planned on replacing them bushings (if theyve gone bad) or you are bored haha. Brake upgrades. I suggest EBC all around. Green stuff pads would suit your needs for spirited driving and some occasional track use. Hawk HPS pads (i think they are called) are also a popular pad EBC slotted rotors are great for front rotors. And a decent set of Brembo blank rotors are sufficient (paint the rotor hats so they dont surface rust!!) I have front EBC rotors for sale if you want a cheap used set. Also some red EBC pads which are a tad bit more for track use, but bite just as much if not more than the greenstuff pads. PM me if you want em Also grab some stainless steel brake lines. They work WONDERS for pedal pressure -------------------- ![]() 1995 GT::::Diffusing the Situation エキサイティングカーレーシングチーム! march 2010 COTM : 6GC feature 2014 : january 2015-2016-2018 COTM |
