 How much $ to Drop, mechanic style |

Im sure its been on here before but i couldnt find anything while pagin through...Any who...i know someone would who would do a simple H and R spring drop for me for 60 bucks...i of course would be purchasing the springs, but i mean this isnt going to be the best services provided for my car. Does anyone know how much it would be if i took it to a dealship or mechanic...Im sure someone has done it or how difficult is it to acually do it yourself...but that would be my third option....Thanks a bunch...
P.S. He said if i got the H and R's he could lower it 2 whole inches and if the got the sportlines it would be a 3 inch drop.
