Ignore me if you want...I'm just venting. This is getting very very irritating, not to mention having to ride my motorcycle in the pouring rain to work because my fans crapped out again. I troubleshot the whole system last week, found the problem being the connection at the 100amp fuse, once I shifted the fuse the fans came on. Replaced the fuse and it worked great. Now they are off again. Everything I wired in on my aftermarket ecu works great, it's the stock wiring that wasn't touched that is giving me problems. I'm really close to ripping out the entire wiring system for the fans and doing it my way so I have a backup way to flip a switch and power the fans if all else fails. It is highly irritating losing fans, especially when it is pouring rain and I have to get soaked on the way to work.

First I'll probably just clean the ground connections and the fuse connections, then get some relays and wire them in as a secondary fan switch with their own power, fuses, and kill switch. I love the way Toyota designed it, how it's made to be always on if a ground connection is lost, but seriously it's about to go whether that is a full redesign or modification.
