Did these came from a LHD or a RHD car? It's that simple to tell, if you need to adjust them, so you don't blind people.

If they are JDM, you won't be able to use them in North America without blinding oncoming traffic, as the glass lense have physical grooves etched in them to refract light towards the left hand side of the road. There is nothing you can do to modify these lights aside from transplanting USDM lenses onto the JDM housings in order to use them safely in N. America. Anywhere else in the world where you drive on the left side of the road though, and you're good. Sorry if this is a deterrent to your sale, but I'd rather people be making safe purchases for their Celicas.

(Also, not DOT approved, if that is of any relevance to someone's safety inspection, as it was to mine)
