 Bulb for climate control, Bought Led 74 3 Smd |

I bought 3 74 Smd Led bulbs (link below), when I got the climate control out the Led bulbs are 4x longer than stock.
Am I suppose to sand them down, to fit or would I have to solder them in? Need advice on these cause their already here and the climate control is just chilling in the trunk.
