I turned on my air conditioner the other day and the little LED on the button started flashing and the air wasn't being cooled. It was as if the air conditioner wasn't even on.

But then sometimes I turn it on and it works fine. It seems like just randomly the light flashes and the air doesn't get cooled. What's wrong?
