They're stronger. If you're running really agressive cams or your engine revs higher up than it was made to, it's often necessary to get stronger valvesprings...not too sure about the valves themselves though.

they are also much lighter than stock and you are able to increase your red line

but is there a point for them since our toyota are low rpm torque engines.
