I say good riddance to the 7th gen. It was an ugly, trendy car anyways. I think its sad that the MR2 is being discontinued, now that is a hot car. But just think of it this way, the value of our cars won't deppreciate as much as before now that its a discontinued car. smile.gif there is one upside to it.

Ugh.. now think about it though. Toyota's sportscar line is now just a sportycar line consisting of:

Corolla XRS, Matrix XRS and ugh.. the Solara..

What's up with that?

My next car is definately going to be a BMW 6-series (the new one.. not the ghetto 80's version.. lol)

Ugh, the Solora? The 2dr version, although high, is pretty sweet.

And its just like the Supra & RX7, they stopped importing into the US but continuted to produce for japan.

i dont follow your train of thinking... the ford probe line was discontinued, and that didnt change anything in the decline of their resale value...
