I don't buy into that NXT tech wax. So far it's not any better than any wax I've used before. It's just trendy and flashy with pretty colors to attract the tuner culture (Nxt generation. next generation). It's not like the ingredients are any different. Still, I love my Meguiar's Cleaner Wax.

I was gunna say, I have about 20 dif waxes in my garage, I have tried them all on all sorts of dif cars, as long as yuo do it right, they will all turn out great.. also to help remove lil scratches an such, get a clay polish, or even a clay bar will help.. but thats more for a fading of the paint.

Wash with a car was solution, clean rims/tires, dry car with a chamois, wash windows with a microfiber towel, clay bar, polish, wax. That's my steps.

RIGHHTTT! NXT is not a carnuba wax. Cleaner wax is a cleaner with a carnuba wax. They are totally different. The cleaner wax is good stuff though but does not produce the high gloss that NXT provides. I have both along with tons of other waxes. I also do detailing as a side job and try out waxes just for fun. Right now i think the best off the shelf wax is the new turtle wax Ultra Gloss. This is a totally new reformulated turtle wax (dont think the old stuff ![]() -------------------- ![]() |

within time the fibers of the terry cloth will create swirls on your car...and the more you use them the deeper the swirls will be sooner or later...especially on a black car! i always use a chamois and polishing rags...i learned my lesson about terry cloths the hard way ![]() This post has been edited by jbnery6465: Sep 27, 2004 - 6:41 PM |

The new armorall is reformulated and will not crack. Its actually a very good product now. I use that and turtle wax leather cleaner/conditioner spray on my seats. Meguiars leather conditioner/cleaners are good too. Also meguiares natural shine interior stuff is good.

I use Meguiar's Gold Class...I think that's the name...black botle with gold stcker and the wax is like yellowish and smells awesome. My Celi's paint is awful...the clear coat has holes and white thingies underneath...with that wax, the car shines so much the paint from 5 feet looks brand new and mirror-like. I get people complementing the paint-job and I'm like :"WTF, over...a 10 year old decaying paintjob".

hmm well since i have a black celi and is a pain to stay clean. let me say this nxt sucks my rear, it leaves these horible swirls. and so does gold class!!! for an ultimate shine get the meguiars, cleaner wax it comes in a red can. ive been deatailing for 4 years and that stuff is the best. also for a deep deep beautiful shine.... clay bar the whole car, wetsand it, then apply that wax its flawless.
