i emailed him, and he said it was real. If its not, just contact ebay and send it back. I have done that with things before

probably real. I've seen ViS C/F hoods sold for cheaper. keep in mind there is an additional $120 in shipping costs on top of the auction price.

I'd be careful. The pic is definitely not a 6th gen hood. It looks like the hood for the RSX shown further down the page, or perhaps a 7th gen, like Sh0gunkid8721 said.
