Do I have to re-do the entire wiring for these lights or do I just need to splice the factory harness and tap into the headlight that way?? Thanks

i jsut got projectors and put them in the other night. all i did is go to advanced auto parts and got a new high temp headlight sockets with like 3 inserts for the bulb and just used the ones parelel from one another. The bulb pluged right in. Then all i did is use butt end connectors and cut the old healight wires and attached them to the new headlight socket.
