i bet its modded to fit in a supra too. probably not compatible with a celica. AND is there any proof that that engine really is the one from the Top Secret Supra?

seriously guys and girls. Go to JUN AUTO they have the best parts for the internal engine parts. They are not expensive but for about 10 g's or so you can have all their parts for the 3s-gte. Add another 5K and you have a new turbo, boost guages and controllers, new ecu, FMIC, etc. So 15,000 for something they are charging 23,500 for. Plus your celica is lighter.

i see your point but you are WAY off base. that engine has a mods list a mile long. the 3sgte isnt modified to fit the supra, the supra is modified to fit a 3sgte. you cant change the mounting points on an engine block, you change the mounting points in the engine bay.

how am i way off base?

the only thing that i was not completely accurate about is the engine being modded for the car.

edit: all that i was saying is that engine is way overpriced. I could go on a mile long for parts for a 3s-gte too. And come out with spending less money.

Yes, that is overpriced, but you are forgetting one little thing. That engine was fully tuned by top secret. They have been working on engines long enough to get every little thing right. Chances are that engine would last longer than an engine you built yourself up to that power also.

Thats odd...they were selling the whole car for about 110,000$. Its a fulyl built 3S-GTE made for 200+ MPH runs. Top secret aerodynamic kit and etc. They also used the 3S-GTE so they could fit the big ash cooling system in the front. Ahh yes...I miss my Supra days...

Well the ABFlug Supra is selling for about 165K (The blue car with the exotic looking body work and the blue paint and Grand Touring ABFlug wheels. But that one has the 2JZ and about 800 to the wheels. I like that Supra over a lambo...Hey that reminds me......would you think it would be dope if someone made a kit like the ABFlug conclusion model for the Celica. Hmm...I wonder
