Because I had 3 speeding tickets within 18 mos, i just a letter of license revokation. Thats great! Does anybody know how i can avoid getting it revoked?

you better check on your laws
and call the DOT in your state

huh? What illegal activities, im just wondering if i can take a defensive driving course or something

i ono man, just make sure when you go to court for it, show you are willing to do a driver safety course, theyll probably make you take one, fine you big time, then put you on a probatory license, which isnt fun, but its better than no license at all.

and dont gimme that BS hioctane... its not like youve NEVER gone above the posted speed limit. the only difference is you havent been caught... YET but i do understand what your sayin and yes its true, the board, or atleast most of the members, dont support illegal street racing or other blatantly illegal acts... such as car-jacking a GSR

I almost got caught yesterday for speeding, yesterdat I was speeding in a deserted place near the mountains in my area. I didn't think there would be any cops within the area, so I put my automatic tranny on 1 gas the hell out of the car, switched to 2 then to d i think. I was going like 90 in a 35 mph with my cousin in the car. Then when i glance at the corner ahead of me i saw a cop, so i stepped on the break really hard hoping that my tires won't squeek: I didn't want to catch the attention of the copper. I thought the copper was writing a ticket for another person, I didn't notice anything because I was going so fast. I thought the guy who got pulled over by the cop was going to rat on me, so i quickly turned into a residential area hella fast. I waited for a while, thinking the cop would go after me, but no nothing, so i headed back. I drove pass the cop and man he had his back turned just to pull out his RADAR GUN!!! OMG lol thank GOD That would have been the end of my "clean driving record" and no more celi for me. Me and my cousin was hella cracking up after that. O man the good new days =)

And just what is wrong with an ST. Other than 20 less hp of course. My ST pulls up to 120 just fine thank you very much.

My friend just got thru the same thing.
3 tickets in 6 months.
All he got was 20 day suspension, 20 days school and work license, then he had to go to an 8 hour class.

why are you going 90 in a 35? that's my question. i mean it's one thing to go like 85 on a 60 mph highway or whatever, but 35 is usually residential. people walk in residential areas. well, w/e. when you kill someone, i will have no sympathy for your position.

ok S.S., how old are you? If your under 19 or 20, then the court wil not look to happy about your record, so your best bet would be to pay the 1500 dollars for a lawyer and pray. Good luck.

ya man just ask if there is anything that you can do to keep your license. say that you need it for work. the judge will let you keep it. because you have to be able to pay off the bigas* fine that they are gonna give you.

I'm 20 - says its a revokation for AT LEAST 6 months, maybe permanent
Says im eligible for a restricted license (school, work). Doesnt say ne thing about a court date, and i dont have money for a lawyer. I think i may just get a CT license, and hope that it clears my record.

thats insane, I've had like 20 tickets in less than 3 years, and 3 in just january and febuary. What I do is when ever I get a speeding ticket, I take it to my lawyer and he amends it to illegal parking. That way, its not a moving violation and you don't get points on your liscense. (you don't lose your liscense and your insurance dosen't go up)
