I dont find the location to be a huge deal.....until i go out someplace to eat with my g/f and we bring cups back into my car. Usually she holds the drink for me just cuz she knows its a pain.
Although I try to be resourceful. If I eat out somewhere by myself i usually either try to get rid of the cup before I take off or i'll just shift with my wrist from the bottom of the shifter if theres a cup there. Lately i drink so much water that I dont have to worry about it...just close the cap tightly and throw it on an empty seat. -------------------- 3rd gen ST205 3SGTE - Alive and boosting. |

yeah i agree with you, the cupholder is a pain but then again I thought maybe they put it there as its againest the law to drink and drive.
