I think that the rear is best, as toyota made it because it looks sexyer..Many people are painting their car different than others but only a few makes them more beautiful. If i will paint my celi like a zebra, it will be unique but not beautiful..

black on red looks ok, blue on red would look like you went and got that part of a celi in a junk yard
i like chanh55's idea (and ms paint skills  )but the whole black back plate idea reminds me of old imports of the "square" age if you like it, you should give it a shot.

I kinda like it. I might make one out of carbon fiber, depending on wether or not I go Currens or totally custom for the taillights.

Lol, man some of you can be rough. It's all good. Still considering it. I would LOVE to throw some Curren Tail lights into the mix, but sadly, not on a hatchback.

Update on the though.....Hmmmmm............
Ok, black center panel, then THESE with dual red lenses with the backup light being a clear lense and the trim/bezel being painted black. That would kind of finish the look I think, and be 100% different AFAIK. -------------------- |

The more I look at it the more I think that the corners of the afterburner need some enhancement, as there seems to be just too much "space" there. Not sure if I really like it or not.
